Great “value” location

This Vrbo is located in an older neighborhood. It is a segregated room and bathroom with lower ceilings. Dedicated parking spot. One block from 202 freeway on ramp. Not meant to be a luxury rental. Clean, nice fridge/freezer w cold waters and pop. Keurig w pods on site. Secure door and access. WiFi speeds solid. Owner on site, very responsive to any issues. I would stay here again on my own, maybe not best for couples used to fancier places.

Great place to stay for your vacation!

This place is like an oasis in the desert. Very clean, and host provides breakfast choices in the freezer, as well as bottled water, soda, and some nice chocolates on the nightstand. The neighborhood was relatively quiet for an enjoyable and restful stay. I highly recommend this place for your next trip to Mesa!

Spring Training Paradise

Chris is a great host! Responded to messages in leas than a few minutes! I had the chance to interact with him and his family! Really nice people! This is a perfect place to stay if you are interested in watching MLB spring training! Really close for Cubs and A’s and reasonably close for Angels! Parking is great and amenities are exactly as described!

I grew up in Rochester, NY - but left in 1978 to move to Phoenix. I'm 69, have been married to an incredible woman for 42 years - and we have 2 grandchildren (whom we are raising.) In my spare time, I play guitar, bass, and sing in a worship band.

You will find this a very simple, affordable and welcoming BnB, close to spring training facilities for both the Chicago Cubs and the Oakland A's... as well as numerous other attractions in the Phoenix area.

What makes this property unique

A completely private 3/4 bath is a huge benefit here... no worries about availability, who was in there last or why the room in disarray.
Another plus is the exceptionally large bedroom.
