Eine zauberhafte Wohnung

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Für zwei Erwachsene mehr als genug Platz und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Eigentlich fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön. Der Edeka ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und der Weg zum Strand oder zur Trave ist auch in wenigen Minuten gegangen. Leider hatten wir ein paar "haarige Probleme" und generell könnten sich die Reinigungsgebühren bezahlter machen. Schade ist auch der Mangel an Parkmöglichkeiten

Objekt hat nicht ganz überzeugt

Kommunikation erfolgt nur auf dem Schriftverkehr, als bei der Anreise telefonisch angefragt wurde ob man das Objekt schon vor 15 Uhr beziehen konnte war die Freundlichkeit sehr bedingt gegeben, Fotos sind gut gelungen - Realität sieht ein bisschen anders aus, Bad ist zB sehr alt & 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten sind sehr grenzwertig, da keine Tür im Wohnzimmer vorhanden ist u. die Couch sehr klein ist - in Summe aber für keine großen Ansprüche in Ordnung, Negativ war bei 30+ Grad keine Tiefkühlmöglichkeit, Nachbarschaft ist sehr empfindlich u. duldet keine lauteren Geräusche oder leise Musik, außerdem ist die Stimmung in der Nachbarschaft sehr angespannt, Tourismus ist nur bedingt in diesem Objekt gewünscht, Parkmöglichkeiten sind seeehr begrenzt & Grillen wird ebenfalls nicht geduldet/gewünscht

Wir würden wiederkommen.

Uns als Familie hat es gut gefallen. Mit Kind ist immer Dreck und Unordnung vorprogrammiert, auch mal Kratzer. Diese Wohnung ist für Familien mit einem Kind ausgelegt. Deshalb waren wir vollkommen zufrieden.
