The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 2003, renovated in 2019, and furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Owner's berth (up to 5 m) 2 buckles are available free of charge and in August €10 per day.

Barbat. The holiday flat is located on a 1,200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Holiday flats RAB BAR 031 (3 persons), RAB BAR 032 (4 persons) and RAB BAR 103 (3 persons) are in the same house. Spacious with lots of greenery, no traffic, quiet, ideal for children. A quiet location near the sea with lots of greenery, no traffic. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. Large car park next to the house.
