quiet place in the middle of a scattered settlement
Our three apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd Floor of our turn of the century house. Due to the constant renovation and the partial expansion, you can now spend your vacation in cozy, comfortable apartments. All three apartments have a terrace or Balcony, so you get an impression of the wonderful landscape, the many vineyards and orchards, but also the large Montiggl recreational forest with the two idyllic bathing lakes. In the background you can also see the Dolomites and our local mountain Penegal.

Lovely stay walking distance to the historic town center. The room was quiet and clean, with nice views and a lovely balcony facing the hills. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The host was kind and very helpful. Would recommend.

Kleine, aber gemütliche FeWo in ruhiger Lage mit großem Balkon und schönem Ausblick. Das Ortszentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Großes Plus: Der ÖPNV für Südtirol ist im Gästepass enthalten.

Die Fewo liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Konnten die Fahrräder in einem abschließbaren Schuppen stellen und aufladen. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Wichtigem ausgestattet. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die netten Vermieter. Sie stellten in den Flur immer einen Korb mit frischen Äpfeln aus eigenem Anbau. Eppan liegt sehr zentral. Mir der Südtirolcard, die man zur Fewo erhält, ist man mit dem Bus schnell in Bozen, aber auch mit dem Zug in Meran. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt noch einmal nach Eppan.

Eine kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung inmitten von eine herrliche Umgebung mit viele Apfelbäume und anderes Obst. Alsob man durch Obstsalat fährt 😉 Wir wurden vom Gastgeber herzlich begrüßt und in allem eingewiesen. Sehr ruhig im Haus obwohl alle 4 Wohnungen belegt waren.
