Your holiday home in the crab town of Prerow is located directly at the harbor behind the dike and can accommodate 4 people plus a baby. The all-day sunny and particularly quiet apartment - separate half of a 300-year-old farmhouse with a traditional thatched roof - offers you idyllic holidays in the typical local style. The holiday home was one of the few farmhouses at that time to survive the dramatic events of the last major storm surge on the Baltic Sea in 1872.
From the holiday home, located directly on the Prerow Stream, you can reach the beach in a few minutes via the idyllic church town with the historic Seemannskirche on foot or by bike.
The approx. 75 m² living space is distributed over two floors, including the approx. 20 m² summer veranda. On the ground floor there is the cozy fireplace room, the spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower. The spacious summer veranda offers the possibility of cozy laps in the "almost free" with a view of the paddocks in spring and until autumn.
The bright open sleeping area, with a maximum of 4 sleeping places plus baby in the attic, can be reached via a narrow, quarter-turn staircase. The large double bed is separated from the pull-out frieze bed by dividing the room.
In the natural garden and courtyard area, you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening.
Experience your vacation in a traditional atmosphere, which on the one hand corresponds to today's usage requirements and yet gives an idea of the once simple life of the residents directly on the Baltic Sea.
