This is a northern residents winter home, & you will love his unique and beautiful art and treasures from his personal collection of antiques and vintage items. The home is eccentric and comfortable!

If you are looking for a peaceful home away from home, look no further!

**The hot tub is not functional, but the pool can be heated for an additional fee of $15/day!

The property was very clean. Practical open plan layout and nice view on the water. BBQ provided, as well as Alexa and Sonos sound system. Dishwasher was a plus. Overall enjoyable stay.

Spring vacation

We really enjoyed our time at RiverPointe. The neighborhood is really nice. In addition to the lovely screened patio and pool is a large backyard my kids were able to throw the football around in. The dock to the lake is serene in the morning, all kinds of birds to watch. Inside the beds were comfortable and bathrooms and living areas very clean. Plenty of kitchen essentials to make breakfast and dinners and probably the cleanest and easiest grill ive used at any VRBO. Thanks Ladies!

Nice, clean place near manatee river

The place was clean and furnished in an eclectic but mostly modern fashion. The open great room was absolutely huge! The pool in the lanai was VERY nice, though listing should mention the hot tub part does not work. Instructions should also mention the pool filter is on a timer for those like us who arrive late after it had shut off so we're not looking for a non-existent switch in the dark. Modern appliances and plenty of room in the fridge. Owner was communicative, polite and helpful. Would recommend and stay at again...though maybe next time we bring some kayaks and fishing gear!

Perfect for an all adults gateway

This home is just as described. The open space design provided plenty of room. The large windows enables you to see directly outside and enjoy the scenery. My family loved using the pool. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated that we were able to peacefully relax. The property manager was easy to communicate with and answered questions in a timely manner. Make sure you read the rental description thoroughly and see if the rental will meet your needs. It will make your stay enjoyable. I would rent this home again, but bring your own toiletries since none is provided.
