Why they chose this property

It’s a great mix of generations, young and old. While it’s a short walk to trendy restaurants and shopping, it’s also a short walk to a lovely park and our daughter’s elementary school. It kind of has the best of both worlds!

What makes this property unique

We’ve lived in our house for 10 years and focused less on the resale value and more on making it a comfortable home with all the modern amenities that we and our children can enjoy to the fullest. Short of a luxury hotel, it’s hard to find a place more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing than our own home.
