Swimming and surfing is possible right outside the door, the wide white sandy beach Holnis is easily accessible by bike or on foot.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2019. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with a full bath. Washer and dryer can be used in the laundry room for a fee. A parking space is assigned to the apartment and is available free of charge.
