1. Valid government ID required for all adults staying with us.
2. No parties, events, or smoking inside the home.
3. Maximum of 2 pets (dogs/cats) allowed with a pet fee.
4. No unregistered guests allowed on the property.
5. Please avoid eating/drinking in bedrooms and respect noise curfew.
6. Take care of furnishings, no rearranging furniture.
7. Clean dishes, take out trash, and no illegal substances.
8. Leave the house as you found it to avoid extra cleaning fees.
9. Pool maintenance on Friday for less than an hour.
10. Any damages are your responsibility to cover.
