Very easy and fast Response with Host. House is huge with plenty of Ammenities. Very Clean and Grandkids loved the Pool and we loved the Hot tub Plenty of Everything in the house. Conveniently located with All sorts of Restaurants and The Mall is Down the Street. Definitely Recommend to Family and Friends. We have stayed in many of VRBOS so far this was the Best one.

Fun back yard

We loved the large backyard with pool and hot tub and gazebos for shade. The house was spacious and located conveniently to many stores and restaurants. Communication with the host was quick and easy.

San Antonio

Property was nice & quiet. Listing was accurate and photos were as property presented. Kitchen was well stocked for easy cooking. Property manager was easy to work with and helped when needed. It would be nice to add hooks in the bathrooms for towels. All in all a great trip for our family. Thank you!

Lovely house

Nice new property with an attentive owner. WE very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Our family enjoyed the pool and the proximity to everything.

Golf trip

Nice big house. Everything we needed for a guys golf trip. Pool & hot tub were a bonus. Host was very attentive & easy to communicate with. Only negative was its 25-30 minutes from the city

Totally enjoyed this house

We were visiting from Bay Area, California. We are a family of 6 adults visiting San Antonio for Dia De Muertos River Parade. This house had my adult kids relaxed and us as well. Walking in we noticed the house smelled clean. The house is extremely clean and has a very welcoming vibe. There was PLENTY of room for everyone. The neighbors were very nice and the neighborhood was safe. My husband and I will for sure book this house again.

Immaculate home, very well stock with kitchen utensils as well as linens. The pool was the focal point for all the family. Victor was quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Very nice house centrally located

The house was just as it was on VRBO. It is in a great location in San Antonio. We spent time downtown. Sea World and Schlitterbahn. Very clean, pool was great. It was fully furnished even though some pots and pans could use some updating. The best part was the host Victor is super responsive

Beautiful home near San Antonio

This home is beautiful! The moment you walk in the front door with super easy entry access you feel welcomed. High ceilings, huge nicely stocked kitchen, great dining table that seats 6 comfortably. Awesome master suite with large bathroom. One bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor area was wonderful to come home to after a full day of playing. Communication with homeowner was very easy and quick responses. Great stay with a great group of ladies!

Home away from Home

The property looked just like the pics that were posted. The check in process was easy. The property manager responded in a timely manner with all the questions I had. We enjoyed the space, the pool and hot tub was a huge hit with the children. The hot tub was heated when he asked each time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only complaint there was dust around in different spots. The theater was nice. Definitely would rebook.

Beautiful home described it perfectly

We enjoyed our stay the kids loved the movie room. We did have some time trouble navigating the TVs. Any questions regarding the home the owner responded quickly. I do feel that when you rent a home you should leave it clean once you leave. I do think that his to do list upon check out is a little extensive I do not mind washing the dishes taking out the trash making sure the floor does not have crumbs but stripping all the beds and having all the linens in the washroom ready for housekeeping was a little overboard for me personally. But over all we enjoyed our stay to the fullest

Good place but lots of rules

It is a very nice house, however he does have notes all over the house with many rules on them which is kind of annoying. You cannot go in the backyard after 11, which I did not like. I understand not being loud, but our family would have liked to stay in the pool and hot tub later than 11. Also, 8 people can sleep in beds, but the other 4 have to sleep on couches, the air mattresses had holes, and the couches are not good for adults to sleep on.

It was great stay but…

The house was amazing. Very clean and well stocked. The owner was very very responsive. The backyard is gorgeous and we enjoyed the pool very much. The hottub gets colder as everyone plays and that’s because the water from the pool goes into the hottub, when no one is in the pool, the hottub water flows into the pool which is nice. Hottub just gets a little cooler as time goes on. Not that big of a deal though. My biggest complaint about the pool is the rock edging. It has a rough edging and all the kids were getting scratched up. My youngest has cuts all over her hands from holding the edge of the pool. I loved the stay but honestly won’t be going back because of that. Every single kid required bandaids on toes, legs, or hands.

Great weekend trip to San Antonio

There was 11 of us who traveled to San Antonio for a quick weekend getaway. The house was great for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids age 8 and younger. The downstairs bedroom was great for the grandma and everyone else stayed upstairs in the room. The M&Ms were a nice surprise for the kids. They ate more than they should. Victor was very responsive the entire time we were there. Just a quick message and the hot tub was turned on. And another the hot tub was turned off. I thought that not being able to control this myself would be annoying but I was wrong. It wasn't an issue at all. Victor was waiting my messages and always responded within a minute or so. There is a fire pit that we intended to use but decided against it because the hot tub sounded better. But, I suggest you leave the patio light on when using the pool/hot tub at night. The stairs leading off the patio were a little tricky in the dark and my daughter fell and broke her arm. Oops! We learned our lesson. I would definitely stay here if we decide to do another trip to San Antonio. You won't be sorry.

Our family of 7 had a blast staying here. The pool, hot tub and media room were the favorites for the kids. Very quiet neighborhood and great distance to Six Flags, SeaWorld and Riverwalk. Very beautiful and comfy house!

Covenantally located to everything you need or want In SA! Great for Families!! Pool was awesome! Really rough walls so bring stuff to doctor feet and finger tips. Owner is super responsive!
