La Villita is a 4-bedroom property with 6 beds that accommodates up to 10 guests. It’s the perfect home base for your family vacation.

We love hosting families with pets! If you are interested in bringing your fur baby along please note that we allow up to two pets on a case-by-case basis. Requires host approval before booking. $40 per pet, per night.

Bedrooms & Baths
La Villita is home to four comfortable bedrooms, all with TVs. The primary suite, conveniently located on the first floor, boasts gabled ceilings and a sweeping window with blinds and drapery, king bed, flat screen TV, and large en suite bathroom with double vanity, and shower/tub combo. This floor is also home to an elegantly appointed queen bedroom with closet space, as well as access to this floor’s half bath.
An additional two bedrooms are located upstairs: one king with closet and one with two twins: perfect for kids and teens. Guests on the 2nd floor have access to a full bathroom with tub and shower.

Outdoor Amenities
Family cookouts are a joy in La Villita’s spacious, fully fenced and private backyard. Grillmasters will gravitate toward the 5-burner gas grill, while family members of all ages will enjoy gathering at the colorful outdoor dining set to eat and enjoy an evening under the stars—and the string lights.

This location offers plenty to add to your vacation. About 25 minutes west of the SA International Airport, and 30 minutes away from downtown San Antonio where you can enjoy the famous River Walk, visit the Alamo, and enjoy the rich culture and history of the city. A few minutes drive from the Texan Silverado theater, and the Cedar Creek and Oak Valley Golf Course. Many other places to have fun such as Morgan's Wonderland, Andretti Karting and Games, indoor skydiving, and the Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and welcoming place.

This is a very pleasant and comfortable location. The owners have done a great job with the interior and exterior and the home has plenty of room. The kitchen is perfect for family to sit around the table and have a great meal, laughing and joking. This is a perfect home for a family getaway/reunion. The hosts respond in a reasonable amount of time and were very helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again. Thank you Natalie and Juan.

The cutest house, close to Sea World!

Some family came to celebrate my son’s 6th birthday at Sea World. We came over the convo de mayo weekend and the house was just as cute as could be! The colorful decor was spot on for a south Texas rental in San Antonio!

Plenty of rooms for large family stay

We were 7 adults, 3 toddlers gathering for Spring Break and everyone had penty of room. It is located close to SeaWorld and about 25mn from downtown SA. The house is well equipped with a nice outdoor setup including a gas grill.

Weekend at SeaWorld

The location of the house was great for our weekend visit to Seaworld. We had our son's family join us with our grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone. Property owners were so attentive to all questions we had. They even had supplies to make Texas waffles in the morning!

Spacious and charming

My family stayed here for our visit to watch my son graduate from basic training at Lackland. We found it very spacious, clean and easy to find. Nice quiet neighborhood. Natalie was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have rooms and two bathrooms on the ground level as we had one family member who couldn’t climb stairs. We would definitely stay again!

Warm and inviting home!

Natalie was the perfect host. She and her husband have beautiful record and have anything you may need for your stay. The neighborhood is confusing as there were not a lot of exits out of the neighborhood. Otherwise very convenient to highway, gas stations, restaurants and stores. Recommend you to stay here!

Family Christmas in San Antonio

The property was clean and very well organized! Everything was labeled, so it’s easy to find! WiFi worked great! There were 3 people that had to work remote and no problems with connection. Oh yeah,I loved the Bluetooth speaker in the master bath. We took two dogs and the amenities for the dogs were fantastic! Toys, kennel, bed, doggy towels and much more!! It was so nice to have the towels to clean the dogs up before they came into the house from playing. I also had to reach out to the owners a couple times and communication was prompt! We absolutely would stay again!

Great house for a Family!

Where do I start?! Nataly our host went above and beyond our expectations in every aspect of our stay. To start, she contacted me before our stay to introduce her self, and to see if we needed any essentials for our stay. When we arrived the house was very clean, we immediately felt at home. We did not use the back yard , but looked like you could grill out and enjoy a nice picnic on it. Everything around the house was labeled , so that you didn’t feel lost, including what light switches went to what lights. Fans in every bedroom, although we visited early spring the house felt comfortable, not too hot, or cold. I would 100% recommend this place. Close to Walmart, 3 different HEB’s nice shopping centers. La Canterra shopping was Probrobly my favorite. Can’t wait to visit San Antonio again!
