the check in was easy and intuitive. The space was extremely convenient to downtown and the convention center. All the rooms were ample and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for our group and it was well appointed.

We had the loveliest stay. The house was so warm, charming and inviting with plenty of space for us to have our own rooms. Every amenity was accounted for from coffee to plenty of towels for the whole group. We’d recommend the stay.

The house and casita were both very accommodating and were exactly what we needed. Communication with the property manager was excellent and concerns were addressed immediately. The amenities were more than were expected, and there were very few things we needed to provide ourselves. We would certainly stay again when we come back to San Antonio and need this amount of room again.

UTSA Graduation Family Base Camp

We stayed here to be close to the Alamodome for my son's graduation from UTSA. Plenty of room to accommodate my immediate family as well as grandparents aunts uncles and 1 small cousin! Plenty of room to socialize, etc and then for everyone to have a room and 3 bathrooms to (not) share! Host provided coffee/creamer for morning and plenty of kitchenware so we coukd cook breakfasts in the morning and spread out conviently located take out at night. Close to Alamodome for the big event and the riverwalk to celebrate afterwards!

Great place in Downtown

Nice, clean space with tons of room. Separate back building has an addition kitchen and bathroom. Very comfy and roomy.

Graduation Celebration

Great home, worked well for the 10 of us.host was most accommodating. Price point was good. Third bedroom in the home needs a clothes rack or hooks on the wall as no place to hang your clothes, coats,etc. also could use more towels in kitchen.

Family Vacation

House was great, cute, charming, and plenty of space for all of us. It was missing a few items that would’ve been useful, but all in all good. The location was convenient but at the same time it was a super busy street. There was constant traffic ( through the night as well) This is a main road that leads to the freeway. I am a light sleeper, so this was a challenge.

pretty dang good!

everything was very enjoyable! enough space for my friends and i some of which have never been to san antonio. the house was so cute and loved the factor of having a back house included. the host was very attentive to us with the only minor issues that we had!

Pictures & Description Not Fully Accurate

This home had everything we needed but the pictures definitely do not quite match the property. There was plenty of room for us inside the main house and the back house. The online pictures make the house look pristine, however it is much older looking in person. Also, this neighborhood is very loud - constant sirens, loud cars, and train whistles. This makes it very difficult to get a good nights sleep while on vacation.

San Antonio Family Wedding

We LOVED the house! It was perfect for our family wedding in downtown SAT. We had 8 people. The young folks stayed in the connecting house. The more mature folks stayed in the big house. The bedrooms were all very comfy. It was decorated just lovely and we loved the set up with the large table. We all would get together and visit and it was just perfect. The house was immaculately clean. Also very well stocked with toiletries, towels, coffee, etc. The location was great and within walking distance to the riverwalk. Highly recommend! 5 stars indeed!

Solid Stay in Southtown/Close to Downtown/I-37/I-10

We stayed here with a group of six for our daughter's graduation over the weekend from Trinity University. We got a lot for our money. Main house has three bedrooms and two baths, including one en-suite. Back house, which comes with the deal, has two bedrooms and one bath. Modern updates throughout, including the main house kitchen, which has the equipment necessary for preparing basic meals. Big bedrooms with lots of closet space. Very clean. We had heavy rains over the weekend, and a small amount of rainwater did seep onto the backhouse floor underneath one of the exterior walls, but it was almost indiscernible. Room for three vehicles beneath the driveway carport. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance in the Southtown neighborhood, one of San Antonio's numerous interesting transitional neighborhoods. Five or six minutes driving and 20 minutes walking to a nice hub of Southtown restaurants and bars and shops on a spur of the San Antonio Riverwalk. One or two minutes driving to I-37/281 and connection to I-35. We'd definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for the six of us. My son and his sixteen year old enjoyed the privacy of the Casita where they could stay up late while the rest of us enjoyed the main house. It was so close to everything we did. We will definitely stay again .

Second stay just as good as the first

Just an overall great experience in this place. Comfy, plenty of rooms for larger gatherings. If you are traveling with 5-6 people (or double that for couples) this is a great spot.
