This 2630 square feet home has four designer bedrooms, perfect for large groups, traveling friends, and business retreats.

Bedroom one is very spacious and has a king-size bed with a private bath attached. There is also a vanity mirror on one side of the bed. There is an entrance going to the patio.
Bedroom two and four offers double beds with nightstands.

Bedroom three offers a queen-size bed with a nightstand.

The first full bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a walk-in shower with a tub as well as a mirrored vanity with a sink.

The third bathroom has a walk-in shower with mirrored vanity and sink.
We provide you with shower gel, hair shampoo, and conditioner so you don’t have to add them to your luggage.

The open-concept layout of the living room and kitchen makes it easy for larger groups to move through these spaces without feeling cramped or crowded.

The full kitchen is located on the second floor and is stocked with a Keurig Coffee Maker, stainless steel appliances, enough utensils, and gadgets to cater to large groups including the kiddos. With custom cabinets, sleek counters, designer finishes, and a fully stocked coffee bar, it is as beautiful as it is functional. The kitchen has six seater dining room table with extra two chairs. There is also an island with 4 seaters.

Warm and cozy home

We were there for an Airman graduation and the home was a great place to stay. We were close to both the experience of the Riverwalk, and the Alamo while being a short drive to Lackland military base. Two thumbs up on this rental.

The home was updated and very nice. Very spacious. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and location was close to most attractions. The only complaint I had was the the grass was very high and the yard did not look like the picture. It would have been nice if the yard was mowed.

Location is GREAT!very close to many main attractions. Neighborhood is good, lots of cars parked on street day and night but this house has plenty of space in driveway to fit 3-4 cars. The house is spacious and nice,kitchen is equipped with all essentials, beds and sofa are very comfortable. Definitely recommend this property.

2 families come together after many years.

The floor plan could not have been any better for our group of 6 adults. The home was comfortable, clean, inviting, and well stocked with items we might have needed. Girls trip celebrating 70th birthdays

We loved our stay here. Everything was on one floor and the house is spacious. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of comfortable beds and updated bathrooms to make our stay perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and new. We arrived late the first night and were able to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The host was responsive and congenial. We have nothing but good things to say.

Fun Family Getaway

Seven of us came to San Antonio from for a birthday weekend. The house was just perfect for allowing both together and private time. Perfect for large group!

This is my go to rental every time in San Antonio with a large group. House is always clean and stocked with essentials. There is currently a lot of road construction going on in area which made it difficult to get to house, but again, this one will always be my go to.

The house is beautiful. It was extremely clean which is a huge deal. We loved the fact we could pull our car in the gate and lock it. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but the location to The Pearl was so close. We love that area. This house would be great for family or friends to join.

Back to School - Trinity University (Fall 2023)

We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated home, very close to the Trinity University campus and Pearl. We were returning our Sophmore Football Player to his Dorm on the TU Campus. The home is conveniently located to school, restaurants & The Pearl. The home is beautifully updated, w new kitchen & bathrooms. Perfect family gathering place with 4 bedrooms and ample common space. This house was perfect for our 3 “mature ladies” get-together. A lovely home, comfy beds, 3 full bathrooms, plenty of room, large open kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, plus the living area has a trundle day bed, so can accommodate a larger group. The location is fabulous, very close to the Pearl District, a half block from NOLA, an amazing New Orleans style restaurant, very close to La Fonda on Main, a SA favorite. And we appreciated having an early check-in option. We will be returning when we can.

2nd Stay Here

We had 6 women staying at the house - was very comfortable for that number of people. Has a large kitchen where we could gather for coffee and breakfast and a large living area where we could all sit. Beds are very comfortable. For those who need to know - they have a regular coffee machine and a Keurig machine. They include coffee and various sugars, so you should have enough at least to get you started. Very convenient location close to lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication - very responsive to all questions. Will stay again.

San Antonio trip

The house is beautiful with lots of space inside. The grass in the front yard hadn’t been mowed in a long time. The deck on the back of the house was very dirty with leaves etc. so we didn’t use it. Lee, the host did not return my calls or emails for several days.
