We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our stay..so close to great eateries and all the attractions we were interested in. The kitchen was a dream with every convenience you could ask for. The beds comfortable and the master suite was fabulous. The other 3 bedrooms were certainly adequate but lacked in comparison. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday. We recommend this home to other travelers!

We have rented many VRBO’s over the years, directly & indirectly with family & friends. This is the 1st time we have ever felt obligated to give such a poor rating. The inside common living area was comfortable and reflected the listing. The rest was sparsely furnished. Three of the four bedrooms only had a bed. So, 5 of our 7 family members lived out of our suitcases, sitting on the floor, for 7 days. Our rating for the outside is “Terrible”. We arrived to overflowing trash containers in the driveway, 2 feral cats that were living under the house & hissed at us when we tried to chase them off the back deck. We planned a family bbq which did not happen. The grill was so old & grates rusted. The patio furniture consisted of 2 chairs & a small cocktail table. The host rented this property to 7 people!! But the worst part was that the outside was unusable because it was absolutely filthy. Yard debris & dirt everywhere. And, then of course, the cats! We ended up contacting VRBO when our host didn’t return our calls. This rental was so disappointing that we requested a partial refund, sending pictures to validate and many conversations with VRBO, The same were sent to the host. Bottom line, the host has full control when a refund is warranted. I spent so much time & frustration on dealing with all this, instead of enjoying the time with my family.

We love the style of the house. It was great for our family of six. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked and layed out. The house was not too far from anywhere but it was too close to a couple of bars that were very noisy at night. We would certainly stay here again if that was not an issue. Beautiful house.

Clean, beautiful, spacious for six guests. Comfy furniture and linens. We had everything we needed and great communication with our Host. Property is less than ten mins drive to downtown SA / Riverwalk and close to bars and restaurants. Bonus, the weather was also on point! Very quiet at night and only local construction noise in some nearby properties during the day (working hours during the week.)Pro Tip-check hours before your stay so you are prepared to adjust. We went during Spring Break for North TX schools (Mon -Thurs) and were surprised at which places were Closed or had limited hours midweek. Would absolutely stay again!

Warm and cozy home

We were there for an Airman graduation and the home was a great place to stay. We were close to both the experience of the Riverwalk, and the Alamo while being a short drive to Lackland military base. Two thumbs up on this rental.

Top Host, Great Location and a Lovely Place to stay

We had a pleasant stay at Lee’s home. Location was convenient to everything downtown. The unit is beautiful. Lee is communicative and followed up on all our requests. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice property,great location!

Location is GREAT!very close to many main attractions. Neighborhood is good, lots of cars parked on street day and night but this house has plenty of space in driveway to fit 3-4 cars. The house is spacious and nice,kitchen is equipped with all essentials, beds and sofa are very comfortable. Definitely recommend this property.

2 families come together after many years.

The floor plan could not have been any better for our group of 6 adults. The home was comfortable, clean, inviting, and well stocked with items we might have needed. The location was near a wide variety of stores and restaurants and had quick access to highways. Definitely a home we would rent again!

The property is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is great with restaurants at the end of the block. My only suggestions would be concerning a lack of little touches such as towel bars, and securing slippery area rugs. We enjoyed our stay!
