The first floor features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom shared between them.

The second floor is home to the master suite with a luxurious king-sized bed and a walk-in closet that gives you plenty of space to unpack your belongings and feel at home. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a beautiful soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The third floor has a bright, spacious loft room with a king-sized bed and a 55” TV so you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows from the privacy of your room. This loft also contains a queen-sized sleeper sofa as a comfortable sleeping option to accommodate additional guests.

As a guest, you’ll have complete access to this gorgeous home. Self-check-in and a keypad lock ensure absolute convenience from the moment you arrive. There is free parking available on the premises, as well as additional street parking if necessary.

High-speed WiFi ensures that guests are able to keep up with any work and correspondence while away. The 55” HDTV enabled with Roku allows you to connect to streaming services and enjoy your favorite shows while away. Use the Roku app to connect.

The location is perfect for San Antonio. Walk to local bars on St Mary's street one block away and some of the top restaurants at the Pearl Brewery area. Check out the beautiful Hotel Emma. Access to the River walk at the Pearl Brewery and ride the boat down into the heart of the city in minutes.

There are many ways to get around the city. You can hop on a river boat taxi at the Hotel Emma one block from the house. Many people rent scooters around the city as well.

—Exceeding the registered number of guests is prohibited.
—Pets must be approved by the owner. There is a $75 pet fee per pet (must be paid before arrival). Our pet rules are the following: the pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fee.
