Adams Guest Full House, King Williams Area, Southtown

This cozy extraordinary 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfectly located in the Historical King Williams Area. Lovely streets and a five minute walk to great restaurants, bars and the Riverwalk. Southtown area is the best location for anything happening downtown, convention center, Tower of the Americas, The Alamo.
Especially perfect for Uber/Lyft guests or you can just walk.
Both bedroom have a queen sized beds with crisp linens. There is a dinning table in the in the main house ,perfect for breakfast or to work on. The second room also has a table and its own mini fridge and microwave for those couples that don't like to share. 😀
Each have beautiful bathrooms which are clean and bright with a walking in showers.
There are 3 TVs, each bed room has their own and there is one in the living room.
A fabulous BBQ area is the with a fire pit. A great place to enjoy the lovely night air.

This was by far the best experience we’ve had. Forgot something? Don’t worry you will find it here. Super clean, walking distance to the Riverwalk. We loved the outdoor area and lots of parking. Great AC. Will stay again for sure.

Adam’s street guest house

All the little things are thought of in this compact dynamo. Quietly tucked away on a quint street minutes away from fine dining and the river walk. A cool fantastic stay, with a host who checked in on us, as we forgot to check in whilewe were taking in the surroundings. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect!

Lovely little cottage close to all of the San Antonio attractions. Cozy cottage nestled amongst beautiful historical homes . Perfect for two couples to catch up and renew their friendships. Our host was phenomenal, any questions were answered very promptly and made sure all of our needs were met. The outdoor area is great with a full outdoor kitchen.Thank you Beverly for sharing your little cottage. Air Force Graduation

A week in SanAntonio

Perfect stay! Cottage is walking distance to restaurants and a short ride downtown. You can walk on the river or neighborhood for exercise. Check out the Guenther House for breakfast. Wonderful stay would stay again.

Wonderful cottage in San Antonio

In the heart

In the heart of old San Antonio‘s elite housing area. Stay behind a wonderful old mansion with a great privacy and just blocks to great food and drink. Take the river walk all the way to the Pearl brewery if you want. Very clean and well cared for

Comfortable Cottage in Peaceful Neighborhood

The cottage is in a wonderful location; in a quiet, elegant neighborhood; yet easy to walk to river trails and many dining venues. The checkin/checkout process was very efficient. Lots of nice amenities and felt like home. Plenty of street parking. A nice neighborhood to stroll through. I will definitely be back. Thanks for hosting.

Amazing Time at Fiesta

Beverly was a great hostess and her home was wonderful. The grounds were well kept and everything we needed was found in the home. We will definitely stay again if we return to San Antonio as the house was very close to everything. We are very happy we chose this place.

Charming guest house

We came to San Antonio to see and experience the river walk. This place was in the perfect location. Easy to get around. Was perfect for us four adults. Plenty of room Appreciated the kitchen being so well stocked. The patio area was quint and enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the birds.
