This single story home backs up to a neighborhood green space with grass and mature trees with benches to enjoy it all. Inside you will find a cheerful and bright, well stocked kitchen with an ice/water dispensing refrigerator/freezer, reverse osmosis system, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, Keurig machine, electric tea kettle, pantry, Crockpot, blender, plenty of glassware, plates, bowls, and flatware as well as all the tools needed to cook a delicious meal. The family room has a peaceful view out to the small, but relaxing, covered patio. You can enjoy your breakfast at the patio table and listen to the birds singing in the park. Feel like grilling your dinner? We have a propane BBQ grill available outside. During the day there is a standup umbrella to adjust anywhere you feel like you're getting too much sun and at night there are bistro lights that come on at sunset to cast a warm glow on the patio. The family room has a comfortable sectional and smart TV with sound bar. Roku Streaming is included in price. You will sleep comfortably on the king size bed in the master bedroom. The large master closet is stocked with hangers and hampers. The master bathroom has two sinks, and a shower with an awesome showerhead. Also in the master bathroom there is a blow dryer, body scale and magnifying mirror. Bedroom #1 has full size bed and a closet stocked with hangers. Bedroom #2 is a den with a loveseat that pulls out into a very comfortable La-Z-Boy air pump full size mattress. The den also boasts a smart TV and writing desk. The second bathroom has one sink and a tub/shower with a no slip grip. This home has a laundry room with front load washer and dryer and a drying rack for clothes you'd rather not put in the dryer. The garage is available for you to use. You can park inside during the hot Arizona summers or use it for storage. Other things available in the house to use are 2 coolers, multiple water bottles, iron and ironing board, all bed linens, soft towels, vacuum and two yoga mats with washable covers. Location is in East Mesa near Crismon and Southern close to the US60 freeway. Coffee, sandwiches, pizza and Mexican food are all nearby as well as a Walgreens pharmacy.
