This 2-bedroom 2-bath 1200 sq. ft patio home (no steps) fully finished, with a two-car garage and close to shopping.

Located in Parklinks at Superstition Springs. A quiet, safe gated community of eighty-five one-story homes. Great location – close to shopping, freeway access, adjacent to the prestigious Superstition Springs Golf Course. Mesa-Gateway airport is only 20 minutes away. Phoenix Int'l is a 30 min. drive.

Master bedroom has a king-sized Serta bed, 42-in TV, large walk-in closet, double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen Serta bed, large closet, built-in desk, bathroom is accessible directly from bedroom. Both furnished with linens, extra pillows, and blankets.

The kitchen has a dish washer, flat-top oven, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator with built in ice maker, equipped with everything needed in the kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, etc.). Breakfast nook/bar and dining room provide a variety of seating arrangements for casual and formal meals.

Living room has a leather recliner, love seat, sofa, and 46-inch smart TV. Internet and cable are included.

Laundry room has a washer and a dryer with extra storage space.

Private patio with propane BBQ grill and dining table for six.

The heated saltwater pool and hot tub are 1 block away. Nearby: World-class golfing, hiking, mountain biking, shopping, educational and cultural attractions.

Convenient and Secure

We spent 2 months here from March to May. The unit had everything you'd need for a lengthy stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size, with plenty of linens. The pool was clean, warm with salt water, very nice and the people we met there friendly. Rich was very easy to communicate with and Grace, his mom, a treasure. We would recommend this place.

Very overpriced

This property had not been cleaned after the last guests departed. Per the listing, not one of the SafeStay cleaning practices were performed. We had also booked knowing we would have access to a pool for the month of our stay. However, the community pool was also not cleaned or maintained and was not swimmable. This location is good and owner was attentive but this property did not provide what the listing stated. For the amount we paid for a months stay, this should have been a 4 or 5 star. We will not be booking through VRBO again.

Awesome little pocket!

This is an awesome little pocket of the valley! There is no traffic or plane noise that we could hear from the house. The house was clean with all amenities provided. Rich has very nice and was quick to respond when we reached out. The pool and spa are also very nice and quiet with Walmart right next door!

This townhome was our "halfway" house between the sale of our home and new build in Mesa. We couldn't have asked for a better set up or location. The little gated community is in a very convenient location - close to shopping and the freeway. We had everything we needed for our extended stay. The owner, Rich was very responsive to any issues and kept in contact throughout our stay. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to spend time in the Phoenix east valley area.

Lovely, clean well equipped Mesa townhome

Why they chose this property

We choose this particular complex because it feels like a hidden secret. It is very private and quiet yet your are surrounded by shopping and restaurants. We love the style of the one-story townhomes with large patios and no stairs. The two-car attached garage is a added bonus to protect our car in the hot summer. The home is close to the pool area where we often use the community TV and hot tub and socialize with the neighbors. It is very convenient to be able to walk to the restaurants. Walmart is just around the corner and makes it easy to pick up any items we forgot to bring with us. The grounds are immaculately kept and the whole complex feels very peaceful and the people are extremely friendly.

What makes this property unique

We love our very private large patio. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can make a gourmet meal should you choose to eat in. We are adjacent to a golf course, shopping, and close to casinos, Goldfield Ghost Town and Museums.
