Our well-equipped apartment with about 55 square meters and sunny terrace is located on the ground floor of a four-family house and is equipped for up to 4 people + travel cot. The large living / kitchen and dining area with direct access to the terrace and the fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove will make your holiday in Hooksiel. The living room has a stove. The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a laundry basket. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and two bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pet are allowed. A parking space is available directly in front of the house.

Helle, freundliche Wohnung

Angemietete Bettwäsche teilweise zerrissen. Handtuchhalter und Klopapierrollenhalter fehlten. Geschirrtücher konnten auch nicht aufgehängt werden. Sonst war die Wohnung in Ordnung.

Entspannen in Hooksiel

Moin. Die Wohnung war in einem super sauberen Zustand. Frisch renoviert und liebevoll, minimalistisch eingerichtet. Der in der Anzeige aufgeführte Kaminofen, war leider nicht vorhanden. Durch die Renovierung der Wohnung, wurde dass Betreiben einer Feuerstätte wohl nicht mehr genehmigt, weil damit sicher weitere Zusatzerneuerungen nötig gewesen wären. Das hat aber der Wohnung oder dem Aufenthalt dort keinen Abbruch getan. Das Wlan funktionierte fast einwandfrei, Fernsehen war bis zum Sturm "Sabine" auch ohne Probleme. Das neue Bad, insbesondere die Dusche war wunderbar. In einem Bett, mit einer guten Höhe und hervorragenden Matratzen war der Schlaf sehr erholsam. Die Ausstattung könnte durch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie Fön und Stövchen noch aufgewertet werden. Da bei Schietwetter ein heisser Tee, nach ostfriesischer Sitte, sehr gut tut. Die Barrierefreiheit hatte für mich, als etwas mobilitätseingeschränktem Menschen und für unseren Senior-Vierbeiner, einen Riesenvorteil. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt und wir werden so schnell wie möglich wiederkommen. Eine letzte Bemerkung über die Mitarbeiter und Eigentümer der Vermietungsagentur: sie waren alle durchweg supernett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben und untergebracht gefühlt. Die fehlende Wärme des Kaminofens, wurde durch die Freundlichkeit der Menschen ausgeglichen.
