Our well-equipped apartment with about 55 square meters and sunny terrace is located on the ground floor of a four-family house and is equipped for up to 4 people + travel cot. The large living / kitchen and dining area with direct access to the terrace and the fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove will make your vacation in Horumersiel. The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a laundry basket. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and two bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pet are allowed. A parking space is available directly in front of the house.

Top Ferienwohnung! Top Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist zentral gelegen ca. 3 Minuten von allem und sie hat eine ausgesprochen gemütliche und großzügige Terrasse. Das war auch das beste. Wir saßen jeden Abend draußen. Einfach toll. Sie ist echt zu empfehlen. Ein großes Manko, was sich sicherlich beheben lässt, ist die Sauberkeit. Die Couch roch sehr heftig nach Urin und ein Kissen und eine Bettdecke hatten Urinflecken. Alle anderen Betten waren sehr sauber. Die Dusche hatte in den Fugen schwarze Schimmel Flecken die ich selbst weg geschruppt habe. Und auf der Toilettenbrille waren noch der Schmutz vom Putzeimer. Die Pfanne im Küchenschrank war auch sehr fettig. Die 70 Euro Grundreinigung waren noch nicht gerechtfertigt. Im Handbuch der Agentur war geschrieben, das es einen blauen Zettel gibt mit der Telefonnummer der Putzdame. Diesen haben wir leider nicht gefunden. Aber das sind Dinge die hoffentlich in Zukunft besser gemacht werden. Denn es ist alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer entsprach nicht derBeschreibung. Für Senioren absolut nicht geeignet.Die Anschrift war auch nicht korrekt.Verbesserung: „ 8a und Wohnung 2“,wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Besteck und Geschirr sehr minimalistisch.

Ferienwohnung gut, Verwaltung verbesserungswürdig

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und entsprechend der Beschreibung eingerichtet. Besonders gut haben uns die verdunkelnden Plissees gefallen. Leider waren wir von der verwaltenden Agentur sehr enttäuscht. Die Angaben, wann angereist werden kann, die im Inserat angegeben sind, werden von der Agentur einfach nicht bedient und man erhält nach Buchung (ohne kostenfreie Stornomöglichkeit) erst die Info, dass man freitags nur von 9-14 Uhr anreisen könne oder sonst 10€ für einen Schlüsselkasten zahlen müsse. Die Nordsee Service Card haben wir dann auch nicht erhalten, nur den Schlüssel für die Wohnung. Auf meine Nachricht im Nachhinein wurde nur mit Verweis auf die AGB der Agentur reagiert. Wenn die Möglichkeit eines Schlüsselkastens schon angeboten wird, ist die Agentur dennoch verantwortlich eine ordentliche Übergabe zu organisieren, nicht die Mieter. Sehr schade, da wir nun bei unserem nächsten Besuch eine andere Ferienwohnung suchen werden, obwohl das Objekt an sich nicht schlecht ist.
