Located on the 1st floor, 70 m². 2 large rooms, parquet floor, a very large closed terrace (all windows are open). On this closed terrace is mini kitchen. Separate marble toilet. Designer marble bathroom with bidet and designer shower, a smaller open terrace. In front of the apartment a beautiful pergola with a bench to the garden.
