This Payson home is conveniently located near the East Verde River with swimming access just a short walk up the road. Hike and mountain bike with incredible views, Boasting 4 beds, 2.5 baths, and an expansive outdoor space, with gas fire table, this vacation rental is the perfect home base for all of your high country adventures! Main living area, master bedroom, and 3rd bedroom are upstairs, the entry area is a cozy area with a sofa sleeper. The 2nd bedroom and a bathroom downstairs, we think it makes a great private area away from the bedrooms and living space upstairs. Pet Friendly with a fenced in yard and doggie door. Add on $50 pet fee required

Better to an expected!

This home was incredible! Very well taken care of and left many things that I would never had thought of. A dog gate for the stairs? So thoughtful! Games and movies galore! They even had extra food in case someone gets stuck due to a wild fire, or emergencies. The backyard was so nice to let our dogs roam. There were plenty of tools to clean up after them as well. My family and I came to relax for the weekend and we did just that! Lots of hiking areas (one with a water fall-which was too packed to find parking for) cute neighborhood, very quiet! Lots of spices and other miscellaneous cooking supplies (flour sugar, etc. no condiments in the fridge, which was fine, we had what we needed. Lots of supplies to clean were left, thank you. Beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay very much. We’ll be back!

Magnificent

What a wonderful property. My wife and I stayed at this wonderful property for four days. We brought along our two dachshunds. The home was set up perfectly with a fenced yard for the dogs. The furniture was very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever had. It rivals our own. The neighborhood was vey quiet. Everything you could need for a weekend or week was available. We will definitely be back.

Cool Down

Loved the indoor space and backyard for the dogs to roam. Enjoyed the kitchen amenities, the coffee maker and the comfort of the beds. Temperatures were much cooler than the valley. Backyard view of trees at a higher angle made it relaxing.
