This renovated stone house is located about 200 meters from the center of the town of Benkovac and the main promenade. In the vicinity there are all amenities including a pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and a hair salon. The living space is spread over two floors and includes the living room with kitchen on the first floor, while upstairs there are two bedrooms and a gallery where there is a massage chair to relax. The window of bedroom No. 2 faces the gallery. On the front of the house there is a terrace and a pool, while on the back there is another cozy terrace for relaxing. Visit the remains of the Liburnian-Roman settlement of Asserie, as well as the city of Zadar, which offers many events in addition to historical attractions.
