The cozy and functionally furnished cottage is located in a rural area and offers peace and quiet. Here you will find enough space for up to 5 adults.

The open gallery on the upper floor offers itself as a recreational area. A foosball table is available here. Sloping ceilings are present throughout the upper floor.
On the first floor is the comfortable eat-in kitchen.

The owner of the house lives in the neighboring house and must cross the property to get to his residence. The owner has two dogs, other dogs are welcome.

The communal washer and dryer are located in a small outbuilding at the edge of the property.

The cottage is located in the historic center of the village of Alt Schwerin in the immediate vicinity of the baroque manor house and the Gothic village church in close proximity to the Mecklenburg Lake District.
An agricultural history museum (Agroneum) shows the development of Mecklenburg agriculture.

The surrounding area can be comfortably explored by passenger boat on the nearby Mecklenburg lakes and with the Plau round bus ? alternatively, the nearby sunny beaches of the smaller lakes can be discovered by bicycle.
If you like it a little more varied, take a stroll through the town of Malchow or visit the monkey forest and the summer toboggan run. At 160 years old, the folk festival in Malchow on the first weekend of July each year is the oldest local festival in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Highlights include fanfare processions, a parade on Lake Malchow with decorated and illuminated boats, and a high-altitude fireworks display set to classical music. The Malchow Folk Festival is an intangible cultural heritage in Germany.
