Welcome to a riverside getaway, shaded & in the town of Lake Luzerne. Use a paddle boat or kayak, relax around the firepit and enjoy the stunning view of the Hudson river. Cookout on the patio under the awning or hang out in the cool, newly decorated lounge. There's a great welcome waiting for you at Misty Loon Cottage.

Detached riverside property. Two stories. Private driveway and off street parking. Yard leading to river. 3 Bedrooms. 2 Private bathrooms.

All areas are for the guest use, except the garage.

4 kayaks are provided free for guest use, with safety vests and paddles. The paddle boat is moored on the dock. There is plenty of free extra wood for the fire pit.
To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels to a minimum and quiet time from 11pm to 8am. Young children should be supervised around the lake and, or road.
No automatic Sunday check in as our cleaners do not clean that day. Please contact us if needed.
