Villa Las Coberteras is a warm and welcoming ‘Modern Mediterranean’ three bedroom property situated on one level with a swimming pool, covered summer kitchen and BBQ, ideal for a family holiday. GREAT OFF-SEASON DISCOUNTS!
The large, shaded front porch overlooking the pool is an ideal spot for al fresco dining at the six-seater table or relaxing with a cool drink.
The front door opens onto a wide, cool, tiled hallway. To the left there are three bedrooms (two twins and one large double) and a large bathroom with shower and bath. To the right is the lounge, comfortably accommodating six people with television and large sofa.
There is a fully-fitted dine-in kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, dish washer and larder. Beyond the kitchen is a large utility room with a washing machine and sink. Patio doors lead onto the south facing terrace, perfect for breakfast or evening drinks, with wonderful views over the open hillsides.
There is secure on-site car parking. The owner lives on site in an apartment below the villa.

Mooie rustgevende omgeving

Fijne woning beschikt over alle faciliteiten zoals je thuis gewend bent. Fijn zwembad , mooie omgeving vooral als je van rust houdt is het een ideale plek. Enige nadeel is dat er in de 3e slaapkamer geen airco was wat prettig is tijdens de hete zomerdagen.

Why they chose this property

Characterful, modern, spacious villa with wonderful, easy access to centre of charming village of Los Romanes. The village has three bars and the famous Venta El Charco restaurant, a small supermarket and the local olive oil factory and shop.
Just a 40km drive east from Malaga airport and a 16km drive to the lovely seaside town and beaches of Torre del Mar.
