Our 50 square meter holiday home is located on the ground floor and offers plenty of space for up to three people, who can spend a wonderful holiday here.

The Non smoking apartment is modern and very high quality equipped. It has a bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) and a large wardrobe. The large living and dining room is furnished with two sofas, a flat screen TV and an extra bed.

A highlight is the spacious terrace, which gives a cozy atmosphere in a rain-protected location. You can make the terrace from the living and dining room and use the directly adjacent garden happy. It is equipped with garden furniture for three persons and an electric grill. Here you can spend cozy evenings under fruit trees.

Our newly renovated apartment offers a bright bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, crockery, ceramic hob, extractor, water / tea maker, toaster and egg cooker.

Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge by us. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire apartment. The final cleaning is already included in the price - as well as lockable parking for bicycles in the basement and in the garage. There is an additional parking space reserved for your car.
