Gemütliche neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung (68qm) in sehr ruhiger Alleinlage am Waldesrand. In der Umgebung gibt es ein großes Freizeitangebot mit beispielsweise Skiliften, Loipen, Wanderwegen, Skaterplatz und E-Bike Verleih. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und auf Anfrage mit Zustellbett und das zweite mit einem Einzelbett. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Geschirrspüler. Im Wohnbereich sind eine große Couch und ein Fernseher vorhanden. Das Bad verfügt über Badewanne, Dusche und WC. Vom Balkon/Terrasse der Ferienwohnung hat man einen unverbauten Blick auf Zwiesel und den großen Arber.
