Large windows allow the natural sunlight to illuminate the house throughout the day and, together with the tasteful décor, create a feeling of warmth and coziness.

The same ambiance can be enjoyed in the second living room, offering another fantastic area where you can unwind after an unforgettable day of sightseeing or soaking up the sun by the pool. It also features dedicated office space to set up your laptop and attend to business.

Three comfortable bedrooms to offer all the relaxation you need after a thrilling day of beach hopping and exploring Largo and the picturesque Tampa Bay.

If you don't feel like going to the beach but still want to cool off and work on your vacation tan, you don't have to go farther than the enclosed swimming pool area, leading into the private Backyard with a lush, well-maintained lawn.

When you've had enough of the great outdoors, you'll be able to retreat to the garage and have a fun tournament to decide who takes the crown of the vacation ping-pong/pool champion.

The house was spacious and was great for our family vacation. It was clean and very kid friendly. We liked the privacy of the pool and also being a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing home and host!

Great property with plenty of sleeping and lounge space. Two massive sectional couches, many tvs, and plenty of games. Dmitriy is an excellent host, with prompt and clear communication.

The home was exactly as pictured and described. Everything was very clean, nice and well kept. We really appreciated the beach gear. The pool was a lovely alternate option to the beach. The jet tub was also a lovely end to a long day. We definitely recommend this stay!

Lots of entertainment items

This house would be very ideal for families with kids as there were a lot of “toys” to entertain with pool table, ping pong,pool . Only downside for us (6seniors - no kids) was that we would have appreciated a handrail going into the pool.

The best family vacation!

We had the best family vacation at this property ! Our Kids are 4 and 9months and the property owners provided everything we needed: pack and play crib, high chair, pool floaties , so many beach chairs, umbrellas , beach wagon etc. it was the ultimate vacation home! There was nothing that was missing. Communication with Dmitry was fast and super helpful. We loved the heated pool and drove to beachside dinner each night within 10 mins. Cannot stress how perfect this place is for families and we can’t wait to return again! (Loved that we all had our own room! No need to share with baby haha)

Perfect Vacation Spot!

The owners have gotten everything right here! The house is located in a lovely neighborhood very close to the beach. Also near lots of activities and restaurants, as well as Clearwater and St. Pete, so you don't end up spending all your time driving. The house is very attractively decorated and makes you feel you are truly on vacation! Plus it was honestly super clean. Ours was a family gathering and over half were our "20 something" kids who enjoyed the swimming pool, ping pong, and pool table. The pool itself has some pretty tiles, and was clean, with plenty of seating and water toys. As a mom I loved having stacks of towels available so I didn't have to do laundry on my vacation.! They even had a basket of beach towels for us to take to the ocean. We never ran out of hot water for showers. There were also plenty of glasses so I wasn't washing dishes in the middle of the day either! The hosts provided more than enough of everything we needed and that is not always true of other places we have stayed. Plus they had a well put together Guest Guidebook with tons of information about checkout, using the grill, trash days, etc. plus local activities. I have to give especially high marks to one of the owners, Dimitri, who responded to all my questions immediately, and was so very accommodating about many things! He even had an extra airbed all set up for us when we got in late at night. My son said it was very comfortable and "tall" so it was easy to get out of! Our whole family loved this place and wants to come back next year! Honestly this is the best place we have stayed over the past 10 years!

Summer Rental

Very nice home. Clean and tidy, games room in garage and garage is air conditioned so you and your kids can play for as long as you need. Beautiful pool and pool games like basketball are also there pool noodles etc. there were also beach chairs and umbrellas available so you dont need to rent at beach saves you a lot of money.

Great House and Location

We celebrated spring break with the kids here and this house was our hub home as we traveled to Weeki Wachee and down to Venice and back. It is in a central location, the house was clean and equipped for a convenient stay. We had fun with relaxing pool side and entertained ourselves with the ping pong table. Nice quiet neighborhood. I was wondering if anyone else even lived around it was so quiet. Many places to eat and shop nearby. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Fantastic!

I rented this place so that I could go to Phillies' spring training with my adult son, DIL, and two grandsons, ages 9 and 7. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely house. The pool was awesome -- heated, enclosed (no bugs), and lots of cool pool toys! The kitchen was well-equipped and the entire house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Home!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The house is equipped with everything we needed, from cooking, relaxing and going to the beach. It is a great location for exploring the area and trying out several beaches. There are many great restaurants close by and the food was great everywhere we tried. The communication with the owner was very easy and he responded quickly every time I contacted him. This rental is very clean & well cared for. It has high quality, top of the line ammenities...(appliances, linens, kitchen supplies, beach supplies). We loved it so much we already reserved this rental for a month next year!

Immaculate!!

We had an incredible stay!! Communication with Dmitriy was excellent, he immediately got to my questions and was so pleasant to deal with. The house was clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with oils, a great variety of spices and all sorts of coffee; the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner, soaps, toothpaste, even extra toothbrushes. The salt water pool was the main attraction for my boys, and all the toys for it were an added bonus. And when we visited the beach, the thick beach towels, lawn chairs and cooler provided, helped make our beach days more comfortable. It’s these little details that make a vacation go from good to phenomenal. From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations and we will definitely go back if we’re in the area.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home with plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Dmitriy was a gracious host who accommodated our requests (including an early check-in) and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well as the foosball and ping pong table. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of beds. The grill and filled propane tanks were appreciated. We had a wonderful stay!

Memorial Day Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us! The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room and amenities for our family. The pool was fantastic, and great to have when we were “beached” out. The house was within 10-15 minutes of the beaches even during the busy holiday weekend. Our favorite spot was Sand Key Park, but all were very close and convenient. Highly recommend this house for your Clearwater Beach vacation!

Family Friendly

The property was perfect for our family and the property managers were very attentive. The property has great games for the kids, the pool, the location is close to the beaches, ponds to fish and plenty of room for everyone. Maybe some new ping pong paddles. We love it.

The host has thought of everything!!

Our stay was wonderful! They had everything we needed . The house was very clean and the pool was nice and warm. We stayed a whole week and didn’t want to leave. The host was very polite and promptly answered any questions we had. They also had EVERYTHING we needed for the beach!! Would definitely recommend to stay here.
