House features huge pool, full basketball court, theater room with six reclining massage chairs, arcade, gym, in ground fire pit, spacious interior layout and two fireplaces. Centrally located right between Green Bay and Appleton. 15 minute Uber to Lambeau Field.

I always like to provide information that may have been helpful before booking….PROS - Great supply of pool toys/floatsPool was hugeGrill was clean and worked greatTop of line Stove/oven and cookware to make mealsMovie room was fun for kidsLots of video games and arcade gamesPlenty of parkingHad another refrigerator/freezer in garageI thought the outdoor dining area was just retractable shades, but the patio is actually fully covered by a glass roof to protect against the weather CONS - One “bedroom” is a pull out couch. Was more a gaming room than bedroom. No TrampolineNo Diving board for poolLiving room couch is Very saggy and hard to get out of. The path to the river is very steep. Elderly grandparents would find difficult to get up/down

Great stay for our family of 10

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The outside could definitely use some TLC. A few pictures on the listing aren’t accurate. Overall, we had a good experience and the house worked well for what we needed.

Had a wonderful time. It was great for our large family group. Property needs a little TLC and more in house helpful hints would have helped. Only significant issue was one of the rooms listed as bedroom was not code--no egress and no window. That meant our two teen boys slept in the boathouse. That was OK for us but that room should not be listed as a bedroom.
