This lovely newly renovated country house from 1777 at 240 m² oozes charm and has fine facilities for one or more families. South-facing huge landscaped garden overlooking forest from the terrace.

Beach (900 m) and 2 km from Nykøbing Sj. with many supermarkets, caffes, restaurants and a swimming pool, golf courses (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. (4km) etc.

Activity room with table tennis, table football etc, large trampoline. TV with 2 Danish channels. Fiber internet, WIFI.
