In the winter, there’s a bus stop right outside the building, offering free rides to whisk you up to the ski area. Onsite amenities will spoil you as well, with indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a heated indoor pool, and a picnic area.

At home, the open floor plan lives large, offering plenty of room to spread out. The full, well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and a standalone island/breakfast bar for prep and mealtime. Great Location!

This condo was within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants in Winter Park. We enjoyed the indoor pool, pool table, and 3 hot tubs. There is a great hiking trail right near the clubhouse as well.

Clean and Tidy

This place was in a GREAT location with walking distance to "downtown" Winter Park. Not even a half mile to the Rendezvous Event Center and plenty of restaurants within same walking distance. The condo was clean and neat. It is small, though - I recommend it for just two people who are good at sharing space.

Good stay, just a few things to fix

Overall a good stay. Clean, comfortable, and a great location to things to do and places to eat in town. There were a few things that we weren't too happy about - we weren't able to use the fireplace, which is one of the main reasons we booked this place, the heat was blasting the entire time to the point we had to keep windows open in February and we weren't able to turn it down, and the pool/laundry/hot tub facilities were a hike away from this unit.

Ok stay but a few disappointments

I didn't appreciate we couldn't have a fire in the fire place... did I miss that on the listing? Also, there was no can opener which was a real inconvenience...kitchen supplies were very limited. We always like the location of this complex but a little disappointed with this unit.

No internet/cable for entire stay

We stayed for a week. We did not have internet or cable, which I reported the day we arrived. This was not fixed until six days later, the day before we left. The owner apparently thinks $50 is an appropriate refund on a thousand-dollar reservation for not providing an advertised service. It’s rural Colorado- if I wanted a rental without cable or internet, I would have done that.
