About this property

Enjoy your stay in Austin in the beautiful Travis Heights neighborhood! A few minutes walking distance from South Congress and easy driving/scooter distance to downtown! Newly renovated condo with all the comforts of home. Enjoy your morning coffee on your own private patio surrounded by shade trees! Sleeping in is made easy with blackout curtains and comfy bedding.
Take a dip in our pool after a long day of exploring local eats, shops, and boutiques.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to create meals if you decide to stay in or if you just want to make a snack. The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, a hair dryer and a few extra amenities incase you forget anything at home. We have included extra linens and pillows in the bedroom closet, hangers and an iron are also included to help you feel right at home. The private balcony holds up to two people at a time- the perfect outdoor area to start you day or to wind down at after a long day. The beautiful pool and outdoor terrace are shared spaces and are yours to use as well!

PET POLICY: We charge a $20 per day pet fee for up to two dogs. Please communicate with us that you will be bringing your pet so that we can plan accordingly.
--If you do bring a pet and do not tell us prior to arrival there is a $150 charge per pet.

1. We ask that only responsible pet owners stay with us.
2. Two (2) dogs maximum. We do not allow cats.
3. Pet owners are responsible for their pets and any damages to the condo and/or property.
4. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3)days prior to arrival.
5. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time.
6. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
7. Pets will not be left unattended for an undue length of time.
8. No grooming/hair cutting of pets inside.
Guest access
Guests have a private entrance and key-less entry! The entire condo is yours. The pool and other outdoor areas are shared with the other condo residents and are yours to enjoy!
Other things to note
The condo is located in the Madrid condominium, this building was constructed back in the 1960’s. We have made upgrades to the inside and the building is mid-century.

nice unit in unmanicured property

The hoa does not keep the property manicured and maintained, when we pulled up, we didn't bring our luggage in thinking if the interior was like the exterior we are not staying. The interior was very nice.

Terrible all the way

1. The code to the door did not work. 2. The condo was in disarray (large mirror leaning against the couch so you cannot use couch, calking residue in kitchen, used large razor blade on the bathroom counter, bed was laid on, toilet nasty). 3. Contacted owner who FaceTimed me. She asked if she could come fix it so we left the condo. She offered to refund the cleaning fee. We agreed. 4. We returned after 10 pm, the large mirror was moved to behind the dinner table. The 2 TVs were not working. Then I looked underneath the sheets at the mattress. The mattress had several large stains on it. A huge yellow stain suggested that the mattress had been urinated on. At this point we decided to cut our stay short and leave. 5. Someone tried to trouble shoot the internet/TV problem and accused us of disconnecting it at 9 pm! We were not at the condo at 9 pm. I assume the owner disconnected it herself when she came to clean up. 6. I asked for a full refund but the owner denied my request. 7. She also did not refund the cleaning fee as promised. So these owners are trying to keep all my money. Joseph and his girlfriend are the “owners”. Stay away….. stay far away from this ghetto apartment.
