Filled with posters from local Austin musicians and bright pops of color. This studio is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families. You'll find all the comforts of home here whether staying for a few weeks or just a few nights. Located off N. Lamar & ideal for visiting family & friends in Brentwood, Allandale, Crestview, Highland, and North Loop.

You'll love this bright and welcoming space filled with natural sunlight, vaulted ceilings, and the fresh scent of a newly built home. Enjoy the comforts of a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials you'll need for a comfortable stay: pots, pans, blender, keurig coffee maker (coffee provided!), dishware, basic spices and a dishwasher. The bedroom nook features a bright red queen platform bed. The sofa in the living room lays into a futon suitable for one adult or two children.

The wide-open floor plan invites you to relax and unwind after a work day or time well-spent with family and friends. Connect your Netflix, Hulu and other apps to the Smart TV and enjoy catching up on your favorite shows. The full bathroom is spacious and well-decorated featuring a shower/tub combination with shower grips. A desk and study area is perfect for catching up on some work. This charming and colorful studio cottage is situated behind the main home with its own private entrance to offer you plenty of privacy during your stay.

The Crestview neighborhood is filled with young families and you'll often see people walking with their families or riding bicycles. A 12 minute walk through the neighborhood will get you to the local Austin favorite restaurant Little Deli & Pizzeria. The Crestview Train Station is just 0.7 miles away and can take you around Austin. If you choose to bring a car or take an Uber/Lyft, we are 8 miles to downtown, about a 15-20 minute drive. Just a 10 minute drive to the Austin MLS stadium.

HOUSE RULES

We love that we can share our home with you but please treat the home, belongings, and property with care. We reserve the right to remove guests without refund for violating these house rules, misuse of the space as a short-term lodging accommodation, or conduct that disturbs the general peace and comfort of other guests, managers, property caretakers, and homeowners.

1. Parents/Guardians must closely supervise their toddlers and children at all times.

2. No Pets. The security deposit (also called “damage deposit”) will automatically become forfeited and guests may be asked to leave without refund if the pet cannot be relocated. We are happy to provide pet sitter recommendations!.

3. No Unregistered Guests. Please abide by occupancy limits. People other than those set forth above may not be on the property at any given time. Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. If there are more guests than disclosed in the Rental Party, Guest will be charged $50 per additional guest for each day of the reservation and all guests may be evicted without refund and a $250.00USD service fee.

4. The property is privately owned; the homeowners and/or property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any loss or harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. The Homeowners, Bonhost LLC and its representatives are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. There is a $25 fee plus cost of shipping to return items left behind if found.

6. No illegal substances are to be used, sold, or distributed on the property.

7. No parties and/or loud music. Please respect the neighbors and their privacy. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring system. Excessive noise may result in termination of your stay without refund and a $250.00USD service fee.

8. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If any furniture is moved, please move it back to its original position upon checkout.

9. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor trash. You will be charged $500.00USD if we suspect smoking indoors and additional remediation expenses may be imposed.

11. Practice safety at all times.

12. Parking: Please refer to house manual for parking instructions. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

13. Housekeeping: Please keep the home tidy and follow checkout procedures. There is no daily housekeeping service. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

14. Checkout is at 11AM. Late checkouts may be subject to a $50/hr fee because we schedule cleaners to arrive soon after 11am.

15. Weather, Disease, Acts of God and Unforeseen Circumstances: Bonhost LLC, homeowner, and their respective representatives, are not liable for any inconveniences, delays or Guests inability to access a unit as a result of any temporary or permanent issues which arise from weather, construction, road closures or conditions, natural disasters, reasons for travel including the cancelation of events or conferences, government orders, diseases, pandemics, viruses, illnesses, closings, pollution or other acts of God which are beyond Bonhost LLC’s control. No refunds will be given for any inconveniences, delays or cancellations due to, but not limited to, aforementioned conditions. We encourage Guest to purchase a travel insurance policy that will allow you to cancel for any reason.

Please note this home has quiet hours from 10pm-7am as the neighbors have small children.

IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to enter premises and property for vacation rental or any other purpose, the undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, guests, children, heirs, and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees, and represents that he/she has or will immediately upon entering, and will continuously thereafter, thoroughly inspect such areas and his/her continued presence constitutes an acknowledgment that he/she has inspected house and entire property and he/she finds and accepts such areas as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of his/her use, and he/she further agrees and warrants that if, at any time, he/she feels anything to be unsafe, he/she and all guests will immediately leave the area and advise appropriate persons. Loved everything about this apartment.
We were looking for something central so we could get downtown as well as to North Austin where we were working. This was the perfect location. The cottage was super clean, furniture was comfortable, and although technically a studio it had plenty of room for both of us. The place just has good vibes, we enjoyed it.

Very responsive and convenient location!
This is a great location. Very convenient to everything we wanted to go to. The neighborhood was nice and super quiet. We saw a few people out walking their dogs at various hours. The street parking was a little confusing, but Bre assured me as long as we weren’t blocking a drive it was fine. We parked near the corner of the street before the drive leading to the main house and had no problems. I got quick responses when I had a question with great communication the whole trip.
