Trip to Austin to visit my new grandson.

Property was very clean and just as advertised. Convenient to my family and to downtown. Some construction going on in the complex but the workers were very respectful and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Cute place

Overall our stay was nice. We did come across a minor issue with the water temperature, but the host quickly took care of the issue. The place is nicely furnished and had everything we needed.

You won't regret booking!

My experience was nothing but great. A few things that I must highlight, is a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and a shower you will enjoy using. I will definitely stay here again, when I am in Austin.

Very Affordable

What you see is what you get loved the stay here and would for sure do it again if I’m out in Austin. Reasonably priced and distance to downtown is also very convenient. The Uber there is cheaper than parking. Loved the property.

Excellent property

The property was exceptional. It was clean, secure, quality furnishings, and all we needed for our stay. The location was terrific and close to everything we didnnc. Orriana was very responsive when we had any questions. Next time we’re in Austin, we plan on staying here again!

Austin Birthday

The host was fantastic and communicated quickly! I host even volunteered to set up balloons and a happy birthday sign on her own without extra charge. The place was super clean and close to downtown, would definitely stay here again!

Austin trip

Found the property clean and cozy. Loved the layout of the living area and especially the updated bathroom. The waterfall shower was a nice relaxing way to end the day. My host Orianna was responsive and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. Hope to be back!

Incredible!

I booked a small get-away for a concert at Emos. This property was a perfect location being mere minutes from the venue.Walking was definitely an option. You are minutes away from Walmarts and HEBs for any serious or minor necessities. The room was amazing and completely spotless. Communication was easy. Very professional and hospitable. They are definietly my "go-to" and would recommend!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary in Austin. This place was so affordable and looked so cute! Booking was easy, Orianna was a wonderful and communicative hostess while even offered to allow us to check-in early, and overall we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived, it was midday during the week and it did feel that the outside of the apartments was not what we were expecting. There were people hanging out outside and seemed like some people weren’t up to any good. However, the inside was exactly as pictured and super comfortable. After the first night, any nervousness of the complex subsided as we noticed it is just a great variety of people. We saw college aged kids, working class, and some elderly people and nobody bothered us throughout the stay. It stays fairly quiet at the complex. The bed and waterfall shower were both so nice to have while on vacation!

Nice Stay

My husband and I came here as a weekend getaway. It is an older complex that needs updating but the inside of the condo was beautifully remodeled. The pictures look exactly like it does in person. That shower was amazing. The A/c is not central but they do have new units in the dining/living room space and one in the bedroom. Once you turn it on it does get cool after a while. The distance to everything was really good. There are tons of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We even loved that on E Caesar Chavez there is an alley of vegan food trucks with all different foods. I think it was maybe a 6-10 minute drive. It was very nice and peaceful. When you were inside the condo you couldn’t hear any outside noise. The pool as very nice and clean. We would stay here again. The host was extremely friendly. Whole trip went very smoothly. Thanks again for a great stay!
