It is located just .33 miles to Barton Springs and the Hike and Bike Trail and so much more in Zilker Park and approx 2 miles to downtown. This cozy condo is thoughtfully decorated with custom 'Austin' photography and art and features a super comfy covered patio. The bedroom features a King bed and a large plate glass window.

The kitchen is well furnished with everything you’d need to cook! We provide organic local coffee beans and grinder for you as well as bar soap, lotion, face wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The ATX House is part of the ZilkerVacations family of vacation rental homes and condos in the Zilker Park area! We do everything we can to assure you the most comfortable stay possible!

Cynthia manages their rental property along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks, bike rides and swims.
