This centrally located rental (1100 SQ FT) is situated in a downtown neighborhood 2 miles from downtown, 5 miles from the airport, 7 miles from UT, with a large, fenced in back yard. This rental is fully furnished with modern appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and Washer/dryer. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and a spacious living area downstairs. Homeaway Collects the 6% State hotel tax and leaves it to the property owners to collect the 11% city tax. We were not sure what to expect from the online description. All the sleeping accommodations being upstairs would be good to know. Kitchen and living room allowed us to have family over which was great. No laundry detergent was a surprise. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Austin visit

Great location, quiet eclectic neighbourhood, big back yard and close to everything we needed. The home was clean, main level was updated, kitchen was well stocked. Wifi was reliable.

Great 2 month stay

Very convenient to downtown Austin and to the airport (if you have a car - not as good for walking except for around the neighborhood). The place is nicely laid out, comfortable and quiet. A very good experience thank you!

Really nice stay at the condo. The location was very convenient to music and restaurants in Austin, it was clean and comfortable and was perfect for a weekend get away. Also the host accommodated our last minute request for early check in - greatly appreciated.

Nice stay

This property is very nice. We stayed in the A unit and is was a pictured. The inside was very clean and nice. The table outside didn't appear to be cleaned in a while and the chair cushions are worn. We scrubbed the table and enjoyed sitting outside. The grill was appreciated. The master bed was very comfortable but the double bed needs a topper or new mattress. It "rolls" you to middle of the bed. The kitchen was great. Very nice to have a washer and dryer available. It is in a nice hilly area of Austin very close to the airport and downtown. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Cozy and Quiet

Such a beautiful and quiet neighborhood! We loved how close it was to everything. A very safe and welcoming feeling neighborhood . It was a very clean and cozy property.
