The apartment was in a peaceful area, definitely an older apartment but had comfy bedding , extra ac units in the room for a nice cozy feeling in the blankets and comfy couch that was nice to relax while watching tv ,for the price you can’t complain especially being not far from downtown , Host was very responsive and nice .

Online images of rental do not match the actual rental. Rooms are extremely warm, even with fans and portable A/C units going. Rugs in bedrooms are curled up on the corners and a tripping hazard. Overall, rental was fine and area was quiet.

Overall the place was nice, but could use a few upgrades. Parking was convenient and close to entrance. Slight smell of past smoking upon arrival. Kitchen, dining,and living room were all one and had what we needed. Super easy to contact host and they responded quickly.

The place itself was fine. Communication is sorely lacking, however. I was given directions "from the elevator" to the apartment - unfortunately - there is more than one elevator, and the one I parked closest to did not provide access to the portion of the complex where the apartment is located. There are locked doors in between that require a fob to get through - but that fob is located inside of the apartment. I walked in circles for an hour looking for the apartment texting the host (management company) throughout the process and they made me feel stupid that I could not find it - they blamed me. I manage properties at 9 different complexes so I am very used to giving clear directions to guests. 24 hours AFTER check out a hold was placed on my card. When I asked about it I was told this is a security deposit, and when I asked where in the VRBO listing it stated this would occur I was sent a picture of the separate renters agreement that stated AT CHECK IN a card may be required for incidentals. This should be clearly listed in the listing itself, not in some future document that is required. Yes - it will be released in 7 days - but knowing this in advance would be great, and I believe a requirement of VRBO to disclose any and all potential charges. While the apartment was fine, and very clean, there was no top sheet for the bed which would be fine if I knew that the duvet/comforter is washed between each guest - not sure I'm confident of that.

Schöne Wohnung

Sehr angenehm. Trotz technischer Defekte wurde sich sofort um unser Anliegen gekümmert. Leise Wohngegend sauberer Pool. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
