The apartment was a great value for the location, right next to the venue we wanted to visit. Parking and check-in was easy. It was very clean overall, though a couple of the listing photos did not match the unit we stayed in. Unfortunately, we found mouse droppings in the shower on our last morning, which was concerning.

The apartment was great for 2 solo travellers Extremely clean and quiet. 2 identical bedrooms with very comfy queen beds, well-stocked kitchen and nice balcony for morning coffee. An easy walk to groceries, drugstore, medical, nail salon, Starbucks and lovely Lady Bird Lake trail. Our one disappoitment was the pool is a communal for several buildings so a bit of a walk and it was dirty and uninviting so we didn't use it.

I was very disappointed that the pool was not on site as pictured. The unit needs some TLC above and beyond what cleaners are generally expected to care for such as very worn and bleach-stained linens and a very dirty bathroom exhaust fan grille and dirty stove drip pans. I also felt that I received an excessive amount of texts in conjunction with my stay. Sometimes less is more.

Great

Overall, the stay was great, I did have a couple of hiccups, the smoke alarms were super sensitive, the washer was super loud, and the dryer did not work. :( . It was very clean, very central to all locations. I would stay again.

Clean and nice condo. Upstairs neighbor is a heavy walker. Enjoyed the bath tub and temper-pedic bed was comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with essentials. Doesn’t offer any toiletries so make sure to bring some. Water filter in frig so don’t need to buy water.

Spacious and Close to Downtown

The apartment was bright, spacious and well kept. The location was close to downtown Austin with easy accessibility to the interstate. It also was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The quantity of available linens was rather sparse. A couple more bath towels would have been welcomed. And oddly, there were no top sheets on either bed -- just a fitted sheet and comforter. In addition, having a few hangers in the closet for use would have been a nice perk. Overall, the property met our expectations and made for a fun week exploring the Austin area.
