We had a great stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with. It's a convenient location as well, within walking distance to several coffee shops and local spots.

Noisy: Street noise and upstairs neighbor playing loud music and stomping around until 2:30 am on a Thursday night kept all guests up. Walls, windows and floors are very thin so you can hear everything. I didn’t see it mentioned in previous reviews so wanted to note it. 2nd bath - is not in the sleeping quarters and therefore awkward/inconvenient placement for bedrooms 2 and 3 . Also small and shoved in with very large washer dryer, so again be aware. En-suite bath: temperamental toiletLocation: Great location for the right party specifically those visiting the East Austin scene.Kitchen: not super well equipped. E.g. No kettle, no colander

Apartment looked just like the photos, super light and nice. Has everything you need for a week long stay. Host was super communicative and made sure our stay was perfect! Would come back in a heartbeat for a fun week in Austin

The Perfect Spot

This was truly the perfect spot! We were within walking distance to so many great spots but just outside of the hustle and bustle of 6th street! This spot is clean, modern and we felt safe the entire time! From booking, to check out, the process and communication was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Quiet, clean, safe & great location!

Booked a 4th of July stay to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. Overall a great place to stay to walk to nightlife on 6th Street in Austin. We thought it was even better looking than the awesome VRBO photos. Great communication with Jason the host/management team. I would highly recommend this condo & gladly stay here again!

This is a great space for an adult trip. Lots of space and close to downtown. We walked to most things and took ride share when the distance was farther than we wanted to/could walk.I wouldn’t recommend it for a family trip.The space is across the street from a gas station and liquor store and 6th street downtown is definitely an adult vibe with a ton of bars.We found some more family friendly areas by heading east, but the area is better suited for an adult trip.No shade to the hosts because the space was great.

Great Property and Location

Our work group had a great stay at the property. It was a short walk to the conference center, restaurants, and other establishments in the area. Would definitely recommend. Much cheaper than area hotels! Property was just as advertised, urban/modern style, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend! Owner was super responsive to questions about parking, etc.

Trip to Austin for F1

We stayed in the gorgeous condo on Brushy street. It was super convenient for getting to from the Airport. Transferring out to COTA and also the closeness to 6th street. The communication with owners was fantastic and it was easy to get in and out of. Would recommend for sure.

Affordable property in the heart of Austin

We knew the location before we booked--it is walkable to everything, but you should be familiar with Austin. The property managers did respond via email quickly when we voiced concerns about a few issues with the property concerning plumbing, mold, and some cleaning concerns. This is an affordable place to stay for a large group.

Wonderful

Property manager was very quick getting back with me anytime I reached out. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The neighborhood did look a tad sketchy but we did not have a single problem. Everyone is Austin was very kind. If I’m ever back in Austin I will stay here again.
