Walkable to top restaurants, nightlife, and outdoor adventures, or a short drive to downtown Austin.

The neighborhood gives you the best of Austin: easy access to downtown and major hubs while offering a neighborhood feel full of local character. Walkability is strong (especially for those eager to explore on foot), yet you’ll still find peace and privacy when you return to your rental.
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a closet under stairs and in laundry room (reserved for owner supplies).
The Space

Every space is designed for comfort and connection, whether you are preparing a meal together or relaxing outdoors. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Should those guests be an infant or toddler, the home is equipped with a pack & play, high chair, dinnerware, toys, etc. are provided).
First Level:

The neighborhood is very walkable. A car might be nice to have, but isn't necessary if you're sticking to areas in East Austin. Scooters are available and easy to find in the neighborhood. Many guests use them to get around or rideshare. The city bus (CapMetro) is also available.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete our Pre-Arrival Form, which will include all guest's names. We also require you to agree to & sign our Rental Conditions.

● Stairs may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges
● No parties or events. Parties at the property will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
● No smoking. Smoking in the property will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
● No pets. Pets in the property will incur a $500 cleaning fee per pet.
● Pool heating upon request, 24 hours in advance, for a pool heating fee of $75 per stay plus taxes.
● Maximum allowable guests of 10. Guest must inform host about the total number of guests staying at the property. Daily fee of $50 plus taxes will be charged per additional guest.
● Outdoor cameras that record video and audio in front of the house and back of the garage - no indoor cameras.
