Enjoy tremendous views of downtown Austin's skyline from our show-stopping rooftop deck, walk to famous restaurants and bars, and relax in each of our four modern bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms for maximum comfort.

Prime location to make your group's trip the most memorable one ever! Whole Foods & Target are literally across the street. Perfect for bridal showers, girls' and guys' trips, family reunions, and private events! Our location is a perfect home base for SXSW, ACL and F1 visitors and we also have free street parking 24/7! THE HOUSE IS MUCH CLOSER TO DOWNTOWN THAN IT APPEARS ON MAP.

INTERNET:
We have 8 Gig download and upload speeds via Google Fiber, via ethernet (you'll need a computer that supports this). Most of the rooms have a CAT6 port available on the wall. You will need a device that has a 10G capable ethernet port and a CAT6 to see those kinds of speeds.

The Wi-Fi 7 access points are 802.11be/ax/ac/n/g/b compatible, so it supports the fastest wireless speeds possible (Wi-Fi 7 tops out around ~1.2 Gbps in real world capabilities). You will need a device that has Wi-Fi 7 to actually see those kinds of speeds. Devices with only Wifi 6 and lower will see lower wireless speeds.

Clean stay, responsive management

We had 7 girls staying at this house and it was great. Each room has its own bathroom and the beds were comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and the management was very responsive to our requests/needs. The rooftop was wonderful for an afternoon hangout.

Excellently finished out home, perfect location, spectacular rooftop!!

The house was a great place to stay, with every amenity, even more than we expected! The finishes were very high quality, the bedding very nice and comfortable. They layout of the house was perfect for our family, and the rooftop was fabulous for us to all go out on and have a nightcap when we all got home, and see the Austin skyline. I would definitely stay here again! It is a great home to stay in!!

Perfect Austin getaway house

6 of us had an awesome time spending the long weekend here celebrating a friend's bachelor party. We put the roof deck and grill to use despite the cold weather. The location can't be beat, within walking distance to Target, Whole Foods, Rainey St., and a ton of great spots (brew and brew, cenote, others). We'd highly recommend this house for small groups looking to get quality time together in Austin.

Amazing Experience!

We had an amazing trip with a group of 10 and would highly recommend to a group or family looking to stay in Austin. The property was very clean and everyone was comfortable during our stay. Inside the home, we felt safe and isolated, though we suggest driving or using Uber due to a higher homeless population in the area. Street parking was free and easy. The property is well managed and both hosts are accommodating and great with communication. We would definitely come back for another stay!

The house was so beautiful and amazing. Even more perfect in person than the great photos! Mindy and Edwin were so communicative and it made the whole weekend so easy and enjoyable. It’s clear they want their guest to be at ease and have a great time. All the little details from the guides, stocked pantry with essentials, makeup towels, etc. We were a group of 9 girls and felt so safe in their home. Location is also so great, walkable to cute shops & near all the places you’ll want to hit. Will be recommending to anyone I know headed to Austin! Thank you again!!

Great bachelorette spot for mid-30s

Adorable property, clean & a short drive from everything! As a group of girls, we felt safe and the owner was hands down the nicest, most hospital person to coordinate with. The area is a little sketch but the home is secure and private. Only feedback is the bunk beds - the top bunks didn’t have sheets on them so we tried making them before arrival and they were wobbly. Unfortunately for this reason, my girlfriends weren’t comfortable sleeping on them so we had to improvise. We loved Austin though and can’t wait to come back :)

Girls weekend

Really nice property that’s totally fenced in. Although the area is going through a gentrification, walking to downtown areas in Austin felt unsafe from property, especially near the freeway, which is just a few blocks away. Lots of homeless and zombies within a couple blocks. Felt like we needed to Uber to most places. There are a few really cute places in the opposite direction that we walk to especially Cosmic. Highly recommend. the house came with everything. Very well equipped.

Excellent Hosts, Excellent Location, Excellent Stay!

We had a great time here! We were a group of 10 women in our late 20s-early 30s, and this place was perfect for our needs! Edwin and Mindy were super communicative and accommodating before and during our stay. The home itself is gorgeous, very clean, and in a truly fantastic location. The map doesn’t do justice to just how close it is to everything! We were able to walk to Whole Foods and Target as well as multiple coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Anything else was a short Uber away. We loved using all of the outdoor spaces as well; there’s tons of space to hang out and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and even a cabinet of spices and other cooking ingredients that can be annoying to have to buy yourself when utilizing a kitchen in a home rental. I also think it’s very cool and smart that Edwin and Mindy are not only tolerant, but encouraging of people leaving any of those sorts of things for the next guests instead of having to, say, throw out an entire jar of cinnamon or worry about taking it home. The check in and check out process were very easy and any cleaning requests were completely reasonable. No worrying about a crazy amount of chores. I was honestly planning on this being my last stay at a home rental for a while based on prior bad experiences, but I can’t say enough how this experience turned my opinion around. I would absolutely stay here again if I make my way back to Austin!

Beautiful and clean property

The house is perfect for a group / family - the house looks exactly as advertised and was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The only downside was that we had issues with neighbors (who may also be Airbnb/VRBO) blasting loud music & partying until 4:30 AM and then puking in the yard. We also had issues communicating with the host - it seemed that the message responses were auto-generated / robot messages and the host was very slow to respond to questions around check-in/check-out and whether the house had certain items (e.g., umbrellas).

Really enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend "staycation" at this property. A few things that would've been nice if disclosed prior to booking were the no drive way (street parking only), joined back yard with neighbors and the construction next door. There seemed to of been a fruit fly problem, there were a few traps from what we could see. One recommendation we do have is to possibly invest in mattress toppers, they have really comfortable ones at Target & Kohls, just to make the beds a little more comfortable. Others than these easy fixes our stay overall was great! Really modern home right downtown so its close to everything.
