This has been many people’s personal favorite for one reason: the view.

There’s nothing like waking up every morning and feeling the sun shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room while you sip your coffee and contemplate the day. It literally feels like you're up in a treehouse. The covered patio is a great place to enjoy the fresh air and view.

This unit features two bedrooms and a “Hollywood” bathroom, which has a second sink/vanity in the Master Bedroom that can be closed off from the main bathroom.

This is the perfect place for a family coming to enjoy what Austin has to offer or could house up to three couples for a music festival or a weekend out on the town. There is one king bed and a full-size bed in the smaller second bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, such as coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric water boiler, toaster, blender, cookware, silverware, ceramic and plastic dishes, four burner stove, oven, microwave, and even a press pot! And we have an instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer upon request.

Other amenities include: beach towels for Barton Springs, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, extra bath towels and linens, Roku HD TV with antenna for local channels, board games, high-speed internet, shampoo, conditioner and other basic bathroom essentials.

We loved the tree house!

We came to Austin for a long weekend trip to see Moulin Rouge and loved our stay at the tree house! Being serenaded by the birds every morning out on the deck was lovely! The location was great—outside of the busy areas, so quiet and peaceful but everything was within a 10 minute uber. It was too hot for us to walk around the trails much, but they were close and looked beautiful! If/when we come back to Austin, we will definitely see if the tree house is available again!

The Heart of Austin

I've had the pleasure of staying at the TreeHouse four times. The location and amenities are excellent. The property is so close to Zilker and the great restaurants on Barton Springs. The management is receptive and helpful with all needs.

Everything you need!

The place was very clean, and has all the little things you may need. Parking spaces are on a steep hill, which could be a problem for those with big vehicles, but you can always park in the street. We will be back! :)

Perfect all around

The tree house was all and more as it was described and shown in pictures. This place was in pristine condition, stalked with some extras, had a "concierge basket" of info and maps. Decorated with just amount of furniture inside and out with tons of place to put our stuff. Well Done! SO easy to get any where with Uber, bike rental and walking. Felt at home walking to market at night, great neighborhood. We hit the hot days and even enjoyed the fireplace after a long bike ride. The deck is defiantly "Tree House living" with all the birds and squirrels putting on quit the show and the city in the distance..THANK YOU for sharing

Exactly as advertised. Had everything we needed for a wonderful visit. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, Zilker and just around the (hilly) neighborhood. I love to sit outside to drink my coffee and read so the covered balcony was great. The only thing I’d recommend would be to get different chairs for that area because the ones there were very uncomfortable.

Love Your Tree House!

Our first ever stay in a VRBO, because we have always stayed at the Zaza while in Austin. We were Very Pleasantly Surprised by the Tree House! Perfectly located, absolutely clean, comfortable with everything we could possibly need to feel right at home AND, the mattress was dreamy! We hope to return!

Easy Access to Austin’s Fun Spots!

This cozy unit was perfect for our 2 week stay. It was homey, quiet, exceptionally clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the living area was very nice. It was easy to get to a variety of music venues, run/bike paths, Barton Springs, museums, the sculpture garden and the botanical garden.

Johnson-Powell Christmas Vacation

Best Christmas Break our little family has ever had. The condo was bright, comfortable, cute, and clean. Everything was easy to figure out and we were immediately at ease. It's hard to find a better location than this. We walked to Barton Springs Pool and swam--something my husband and I did before we were married (when we lived here 15 years ago) and got to introduce to our kids. It was magical!I would definitely hope to stay here again in the future.
