The detached holiday home built in 1994, was renovated in 2017 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a busy environment, in a holiday home settlement. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly, historical and romantic accomodation. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and Hollywood swing.


Location
Ragusa, district Tra Scoglitti e Marina di Ragusa, 50 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed forest plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Please read everything carefully before submitting your quote

The house is located within the Athena Resort holiday village in Ragusa. The holiday village is a partner of Alpitour, Lookéa Club, OTA Viaggi and Orange Club and normally operates from April to September.

Those on holiday in our private holiday homes can enjoy all the services that only an international tourist resort can offer (access to the private beach equipped with a bar, umbrellas and sunbeds, shuttle service to the private beach, access to the Olympic-sized swimming pool, equipped with a bar, parasols and sunbeds, access and use of a small gym, access and use of the mini club, daytime entertainment on the beach and by the pool and evening shows in the amphitheatre with music and group dances), all depending on the season and the organisation of the holiday village. We therefore recommend that you find out which activities are available in the period you are interested in before booking. All year round, even when there are no tourist or commercial activities in the village (from October to March), there are always 2 outdoor playgrounds for children, 5 tennis courts, 2 football pitches and equipment for outdoor training.

The houses are equipped with all the amenities to live well in winter and summer, nothing is missing. The only thing we have not included in the prices quoted is bed linen and towels. They are optional and only available on request. As each house accommodates 6 to 7 people, the guest can only choose and pay for what they need and when they need it. Otherwise, the best prices are in the middle and low season for offers with overnight stays of at least 5 days. Only for the holiday period from June to September do we accept bookings for weekly periods or multiples of a week with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. Due to our location, our homes are the perfect solution for those who want to live in complete relaxation surrounded by nature, far away from the chaos of the city. We are located on a hill overlooking the sea in a nature reserve and are also in the ideal position to visit the most beautiful areas of Sicily and savour the food of our Sicilian tradition. In the middle and low season, thanks to our mild climate and our favourable offers, we welcome many tourists who stay with us at really advantageous prices to visit the most beautiful areas of Sicily. We are located within the 8 municipalities of the late Baroque of the Val di Noto (Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Palazzolo Acreide, Noto, etc.), declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, we are in the Greek territory of Kamarina and halfway between the Greek historic cities of Syracuse, Gela and Agrigento. The first town is 5 km away (Scoglitti), so a car is required to get there.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid April to end of September, 25 m x 50 m, depth 1.4 m). Children's pool (6 m x 8 m, depth 1 m) and paddling pool. Access to the swimming pool and beach with umbrellas and loungers is included in the displayed price from June to September. From April 13th to May 31st (optional) by purchasing a club card on site.

We are in the southern part of Sicily and we are the ideal crossing point to visit the beauties of our beloved land, the sea with golden sandy beaches, the baroque of Scicli, Noto and Ragusa Ibla, the Greek Syracuse and Agrigento, the Villa Romana del Casale in Piazza Armerina, the kitchen and the local fresco fish of Scoglitti (fishing village), where every afternoon from Monday to Friday the fishermen take the boats to the small port and vato gonono gepepa whole box at reasonable prices, and how not to get it in Go to Modica and taste chocolate, visit the places of Montalbano, just 8 km away. There is Donnafugata Castle, in short, ours is an area kissed by the sun and the sea, with a coast of golden sand and a seabed suitable for children.

The Athena Resort is located 4.8 km from the fine, golden sandy beach, which is equipped with a bar, canoes and pedal boats.
