Very nice and renovated in 2018 apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with sofa bed and large bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large terrace. In the immediate vicinity there are 2 large lakes that invite you to take long walks or water sports. The area of the Ladesgartenschau, also with a beautiful large children's playground, is in the immediate vicinity.

Les hôtes ont toujours répondu à nos mail. L'appartement est grand , claire , suffisamment equipé . Juste il manque un vrai lit deux personnes. Juste approcher deux lit une personne n'est pas pareil tout de même .

Der Besitzer des Gästehauses war beim Telefonat sehr freundlich und die Ausstattung war auch gut. Was zu bemängeln war: Die Betten, so wie der Lärm von der Hauptstraße zum Schlafzimmer. Den Fernseher 📺 würde ich an anderer Stelle anbringen, da die Sicht zum Gerät nicht gerade passend war. Der Fußboden war nicht gerade sauber, aber sonst hat alles gepasst,

Ruhige und helle Wohnung in zentraler Lage, freundlicher Empfang

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer renovierten Stadtvilla am Stadtrand von Zülpich, direkt bei der Landesburg. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Trotz der zentralen Lage schläft man sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
