The large living room has a cozy sofa corner, a bright dining area directly in front of the window front and adjacent to it a modern kitchenette with high-quality appliances. From here you have access to the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy many sunny hours thanks to the south-facing orientation. There is also one of the two bedrooms on the lower floor with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide), a flat-screen TV with swivel arm and a spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large and walk-in shower, a toilet and a towel radiator.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which serves as a second bedroom with the double bed (1.80 wide). In addition, the comfortable sofa bed (1.40 wide) can be used as an additional bed. The Velux windows in the attic can be darkened by electric shutters.
Furthermore, you can reach the apartment comfortably via an elevator and large hallways, on which strollers can also be parked.
