Come see the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from this top-floor unit and enjoy free seasonal beach service for two (two chairs and umbrella set up for you each day!)
This unit offers 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths (Jack and Jill style) with a King master and a Queen guest room, along with a memory foam Queen sofa-bed in the living area. You can access the large balcony that overlooks the Gulf and Gulf-side pool through the sliding glass doors from the living area or Master bedroom. The unit comes fully equipped with linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need to enjoy your relaxing vacation at the quiet end of Okaloosa Island.
In addition, the El Matador complex offers a number of amenities including the sugar-white sand beaches, 2 (1 gulf front and 1 seasonally heated) pools, grills, basketball, pickle ball, and tennis courts, Sauna/whirlpool, fitness room and so much more!

From the booking process to the overall communication, from arriving at the beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf of America on the sixth floor to the instructions on departing to head home, this was an incredible experience for my family and I. The condition of the condominium was clean, welcoming and felt like home on the shore! David and Kristin were also very easy to communicate with and their details on staying at their condo were clear and very helpful. This condo includes a full-size kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1 half-bath, dining area, living room space and a balcony overlooking the heated pool and Gulf shore just like the photos show. This condo is now on our favorites when we come back to Destin/Fort Walton Beach. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Destin but close enough to make a quick trip if need be. The unit and facility was very well kept. Very close to the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Great location, very clean! Loved the balcony. Big plus was the three beach chairs to use on our pretty days without having to go buy some (we flew in). My daughter was comfy on the pull out sofa bed in living room. :). Would stay again

Lovely

This was the perfect spot for a quiet and relaxed getaway. The amenities offered kept our visit completely stress-free, even with many areas in town being closed for the holiday. The neighbors were extremely friendly, and the guys at the guard house very helpful. And the beach access was fantastic!

Absolutely LOVED our time in your condo! We had a wonderful time all week. The weather cooperated and we had beautiful sunshiny skies with only 1 day of rain. But even a day with rain was amazing!

Corn starch

The beach couldn't be nicer, the sand was as soft as corn starch. Definitely a bonus having the beach service included. The extra beach toys were very much appreciated. I wish there was at least salt and more than a half roll of toilet paper upon arrival. Will definitely be back to this slice of heaven on earth.
