About this property

We can't wait to be your host at our trailside cottage. Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.

A place were you can kick your feet up and just chill. 600 square feet new construction efficiently designed to maximize comfort. There is a private outdoor patio with a gas gril that opens up to Rogers city bike trails.

This area of northwest Arkansas is absolutely beautiful with so much to offer. Here are a few things close by

Small dogs welcome BUT must be pre-approved and confirmed when booked. A separate invoice will be sent after booking for a $50 pet fee per dog. Guests will be responsible for all damages. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs are not to be left alone unless crated. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized dog/animal will result in a $400 fine.

Modern and comfortable

My family (and our pup!) enjoyed our stay in this chic little rental. It’s located conveniently between Bentonville and Fayetteville making exploration of the region a breeze. The owners were very responsive to any and all concerns and we would definitely stay again!

Love this place!

Clean and safe property that is in a convenient location to everything we wanted to do while in Rogers. Our hosts were very accommodating. Nothing at all bad to say about our experience renting from Greg and Beth. Will absolutely be in touch with them again when we return to the area!

Small Town Cottage

Our family was able to stay a couple nights while in town for a couple concerts, This 2 bedroom was wonderful very clean, organized, roomy, very easy to come and go, great parking, it has everything needed for a family! The host make you feel very welcomed and great instruction when checking and checking out. We plan to visit again very soon.

Very clean, very organized, we loved it!

I've stayed at many places and have NEVER had such an easy time. Everything is so well put together and labeled, well stocked, and we had no need to contact the hosts for anything! We loved the decor, the beds were SUPER comfortable, the wifi was fantastic. The heated toilet seat?? What a kind touch. Excellent time here, we highly recommend it!!

Wonderful stay in Rogers.

This place was perfect. My wife and I had never been to AR before. We are cyclist. We did several rides from this location. We rode in Bentonville and Rogers and we liked Rogers better. You could easily walk to downtown and all of the restaurants. We will be coming back next year. I would highly recommend this getaway.

It's all in the details!

Details, details, details – Greg and Beth nailed them all. Not only is this a great location and great space that is beautifully decorated, but they also went above and beyond with all the details: USB lamps in every room, a sound machine, an oscillating fan, great bed pillows, coffee AND tea, a detailed welcome book, a bicycle, and all the little touches that make you feel at home. Then there’s the heated toilet seat! I had no idea I needed one until our stay here. Thank you, Greg and Beth. Whenever we’re in Rogers, we’ll be back!

Modern, clean, fabulous pit stop for small family

Our family of four made a pit stop in Rogers on a three day road trip. Greg & Beth’s place was a much needed respite from a long day of driving with the kids. This is by far the cleanest and most modern VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Thoughtful touches everywhere. You can tell the hosts enjoyed picking out the perfect items for the home. My kids probably had too much fun playing with Alexa, watching TV from their cozy bunks and checking out the heated toilet seat :) Home is located within walking distance of several splash pads, parks, biking paths and the cutest downtown. Be sure to grab some pizza from The Rail just around the corner. If we are ever this way again, we will be stopping at Greg and Beth’s place. Thank you!

Great Location near bike trail

Excellent location, clean and well equipped. We visited Rogers to enjoy the wonderful biking opportunities of NWA. Our son and his friend love riding at the Railyard a short ride on the bike path. The home is close to the restaurants and shops in downtown Rogers. We also visited the Coler Mountain bike reserve and the Crystal Bridges museum approx. 20-30min. drive in Bentonville, highly recommend. The house was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We cooked several meals in the home’s well-equipped kitchen. There were spices and other things for cooking which is nice not have to buy at the grocery store. There are board games and smart TVs. All items we needed were in the home, and what food/snacks we needed were easy to get with a small grocery a few blocks away. The beds were comfortable and so was the rest of the home. We would stay again, it was the perfect place for our visit.

A Well Located Treasure

When I stepped inside, I felt welcomed. The home was exceptionally clean and well appointed. I felt safe. It's location is close enough to walk downtown. Beth and Greg are very nice and responded to my question quickly.

Cozy cottage

This is a cute, little cottage close to downtown Rogers. At the time of our stay, the house did need some maintenance. The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. If you like the downtown square, then you will like this area. The only downside to the location are a busy gas station across the street, and a very busy railroad track as well. We had to communicate with the owner and they were very helpful and polite.

Niall Horan Concert Girls Trip!

The little cottage is very cute & they have it well maintained & very clean. The communication from the owners was very clear & made the check in extremely easy. Our only complaint would be that the area is really noisy in the mornings and the cottage walls are not well insulated for the amount of sound coming through, so sleeping in is not really a thing in there. Otherwise, the beds are comfy, the cottage well stocked & the decor is darling! Overall I would probably still stay there again!
