Niedliche Wohnung

Sehr hübsche moderne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, um einige Tage an der Ostsee zu verbringen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, allerdings so ruhig, dass man vom Balkon aus ins Grüne blickt. Schlüsselübergabe ist direkt gegenüber und alles war sehr unkompliziert.

Zentral in Kühlungsborn

Zentral gelegen Geschäfte, Gastronomie und Strand schnell erreichbar. Negativ ist die mangelhafte Parksituation in der Nebensaison, da die Parkkosten erheblich sind.

Gut und Schlecht!!!!

Die Größe der Wohnung und die Betten sind okay. ABER: Die Küchenzeile ist mangelhaft. Es gab keinen Backofen, ein Mimispülbecken, keine tiefen Teller, wenig Geschirr. Wir mußten, bei drei Personen, jeden Tag die Spülmaschine laufen lassen. Das Bad ist groß, aber der Abfluß der Wanne und die Rinne der Duschvorsichtigung sind total verrostet. Auch dem Balkon sind Sperrholzplatten verlegt. Da mußte man aufpassen, daß man sich keine Splitter eintritt. Und zu letzt gibt es kein Wlan. Bei diesem Preis ein Unding . Diese Wohnung werden wir nicht wieder buchen. Schade
