About this property

Cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath manufactured home in a lovely over 55+ community (yes you must be 55 or older to stay). Come enjoy all of the amenities that we have to offer pool, lake, clubhouse etc. . Close to downtown Punta Gorda and beautiful Charlotte Harbor. You will be 30-45 minutes to various beaches such as Fort Myers, Englewood, and Siesta Key. There will be an checking fee you will need to submit directly to the park itself of $100.00 after you book.
