Enjoy a getaway in a newly constructed 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Suite just minutes away from downtown Langford, and 20 minutes away from downtown Victoria.

Explore the area and appreciate our beautiful island where you can shop, hike, and enjoy the many restaurants the area has to offer. The suite is located five minutes from the city centre where you can find bars and restaurants, grocery stores (including Costco), Langford Lanes bowling alley, the new Boulder House, and perhaps catch a game at the Starlight Stadium which is home to Rugby Canada, the Pacific Football Club and Westshore Rebels. In addition, there are many beautiful hiking trails in the area, including Mt. Finlayson, Mt. Wells, Thetis Lake and so much more!

Your vacation suite is equipped with a combo washer/dryer unit, fridge, stove, TV, queen size bed, and sofa bed.

The home has three units with permanent tenants, upstairs and beside this unit. There is no driveway parking available, however there is plenty of street parking. Also should be noted that there is no access to the backyard.

Great Location!!

This was a great alternative to a hotel for us, we spent most of our time exploring but the kitchen and fridge were a great way for us to reduce some costs and still go on vactiaon

Great place

Great place to stay. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in was quick and easy. The shampoo, conditioner and laundry soap was a nice convenience. As well as the spices if you plan to cook while there. Small issue with linens but Nathan handled it quickly. Traffic is a little loud from this location. Overall I would recommend!

Perfect for us

Place was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood, friendly people across and around. The pullout coach was actually really comfortable as our children slept in the room. We really liked how there was a washing/dyer for this until. Kitchen was well stocked, bathroom has a blow-dryer and shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Washer pods too. Owner was very responsive and was ready available. A few things we think could make this place perfect: No wash cloths or dish cloths, only 1 tea towel, made washing dishes hard, and no wash cloths to clean the kids or faces. There is garbage and recycling right outside our door. Front yard smells like dog pee. And the tenant upstairs parks reverse, when he starts his truck gas goes right into the front window. Owner had to come and change out the bulbs in the bathroom as they were completely burt out. Bathroom fan doesn't work and is very dusty. We had the hood fan running to keep the air circulation bc it's warm. And we had the washer going. Came back to the good fan off and the soap dispenser open. Was like someone came in. But the renter assured us no one was in there. Was very strange. Nothing was missing. Maybe hood fan timed out and the Despenser vibrated open(we hope)
